Description of Work: Our air conditioner went out in 110° weather. A quick check of our unit exposed a very dirty unit that needed a good cleaning. Less than 30 minutes later we had air again. Less than a week later, we had a power surge and had to call them out again to do a reset of the unit. Derrick showed my husband how to do this in case a power surge should happen again. Cost for the first trip on a Saturday in 110° weather was $330. Cost for the 2nd trip out was at $100. We will call them again no hesitation, if needed!
