She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

"Be very careful if you need any plumbing work done in The Woodlands. DO NOT call JD Precision Plumbing, they are modern day Pirates. They charged me $800.00 to replace this one small section of water main. took every bit of 30 minutes. They say free estimates on their website. When I called for service, I was told there is a $175.00 service call charge and would be I would be credited this amount if work is done. I'm thinking it cannot cost much over $175.00 to fix. (wrong). They estimated $791.00 to fix it. I'm not home due to a surgery and have buddy relaying info to me. I think ok, the $791.00 less the $175.00 so $616.00 to me. (wrong again). I not only get charged 791.00! they added 3% for using a credit card. Now I'm at $815.00 to fix. I try getting justification on charges from their operations manager only to be told JD Precision plumbing is so big and they have higher overhead than any other plumbers, therefore have higher costs for service. I call BS."

We have 15 well trained employees in our company so we can make sure when one of our experts go out to your home you are well taken care of. We are licensed and insured. We do charge a small service fee of $59.00-$69. We also give you a straight forward price. So before we start any job you will know what your price is exactly. When one of our trained professional gets to your home he will thoroughly evaluate the problem and give you a solution.
"We had leak that left a couple of water spots in our home and I called this company because of the good reviews. But we were indeed scammed, the technician quoted us $21k for a “bellying of our pipes”. We had mentioned to the tech that everytime we noticed the wet spots it was when we ran our dishwasher but he never checked our dishwasher or anything. We asked him to do the camera to check our pipes and he concluded the ‘pipe bellying’ due to ‘erosion’ (The pipe camera service is $450 btw, another ridiculous amount.) Well first of all, our home is a NEW build, its less than 5 yrs old so it ddnt make sense to me, plus who has 21k? We went ahead and hired a different plumbing company and within the first 15mins they concluded that it was our dishwasher that was causing the leak! I saw it with my own eyes. They said that i just needed to replace our dishwasher. They said that there’s nothing wrong with our pipes. Which totally makes sense because we noticed the leak everytime we used our dishwasher. Plus they fixed our garbage disposal for FREE compared to Texas quality plumbing quoted us $750 for a new one. How ridiculous. I called Texas quality plumbing because it was upsetting to get quoted 21k and i also asked for the video recording and pictures and a detailed report of the pipe camera service they provided and they cannot provide me with the report. They said ‘we can come out again and the tech will do it again and explain to you where he found the bellying’. They said that they dont even have the initial recording! Another thing to add, since we stopped using our dishwasher we haven’t had ANY LEAKS! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION! THIS COMPANY CHARGED US A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEY MISDIAGNOSED WHAT WAS WRONG! BOOK A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Attached are photos of their ridiculous prices. "I would not recommend John Moore Services. There is a lack of transparency in billing and I was mislead about cost before agreeing to services. I was told that it would cost over $9000 to replace my tankless water heater. The reason I was given is that they only install commercial quality products that are better quality and cost more. When installing occurred I found that the new water heater was the exact same residential brand I had (just a newer model) and was only $1800 . The rest of the $9000 was apparently for them to take out the old one, and put the new one and the same spot with the same plumbing. So I was charged $7000 for less than 2 hours of work. When I called and complained about being mislead and lack of billing transparency, I was told that this is just how they do it. Call any other company if you want transparency and truthfulness and fair pricing."
