+ -1 moreExplained to us how the process would go told us about the dust and dirt that will be coming into the house and tracked in from feet, explained the prep on the walls and painting process even retextured 2 walls at no cost tore cabinets out and i used them in my shop he uses awesome cabinet man all were very professional.
Description of Work: Changed out cabinets and flooring and painted kitchen and dining room. Changed front door and back door

+ -1 moreDale needs to stay with his crew, they were NOT supervised. when they attached the gabled roof we had leaks so we had to hire a roofing contractor to completely redo the roof.That cost us extra.To be fare Dale did say he was sorry and he would reimburse our $1700.00 Not sure Dale knows what a turnkey job means. We had to hire a painter to finish the work there again that cost us extra.Dale is a nice person very likeable. As of 7/3/2013 Dale has not refunded our $1700.00 for the roof that had to be replaced.

Description of Work: Reconstruction of an old house that included placing doors (which one opens the wrong direction now), cabinets (which they failed to add trim and what little trim was added is very sloppy). remodeling the bathroom (they added a mirror/cabinet which was way to the left of the sink - they stated there was no way to hang it even - my Dad fixed it for us). Replaced the kitchen sink and hooked up the pipes backward. He later stated it was a city problem when black goo came from the sink - a neighbor was able to repair it for us. Was not happy with any of his labor and was made to feel that we were an inconveinence to his other projects.
