Bright Cleaning Services

I was very disappointed with Bright Services. We had read several positive reviews and hired them to clean when we move out of a rental house. The work was pretty good but I had to call several times before they came to the house though an appointment time was set. After we moved I tried again for general housecleaning. The first time was positive though the young lady was late, I had to call, and way assured she was held up at another job and she would be her at x time. She was and she did a good job. With that experience I tried again. The appointment was set, no one showed up or called. I called and was told there must have been a mistake and they would send two people the next day. The job was completed. I thought scheduling was the issue so set a time for every last Wednesday of the month. No show, I called and was told the owner had an emergency and hadn't told the cleaners. He apologized and said someone would be here the next day.... a week later they showed up. The job was OK. Now I was stupid and thought they would show up correctly the next time. NO!. I have not called nor do I plan to. I am very very disappointed. It the owner does this to other people I don't know how he has a business. I will not this service again and will tell friends to stay away.

Ok, but could've been better. I need them to use my products but haven't been able to communicate this. I speak some Spanish, but the girls use the products they have with them anyway. Fabuloso leaves a residue on my floors that attracts dirt and I don't like it's odor. I need the cleaning girls to clean the details on my living room tables and bedroom furniture. I can use spray furniture polish on the tops--I need help with cleaning the decorative parts.

They did amazing job from the start giving the estimate. Mr.Bright did a great job explaining what they provided and held to his word.
