This service event went very well, as expected. Mr. Drake is all about customer service and quality! I am in the process of a major remodel and AC services and upgrades are part of that remodel. Drake Air has been my go-to company for all my AC needs on this project. One of the notable upgrades was to balance the air flow in one room and reduce the vent noise for that same room. I am happy to report that those completed tasks are a major success! Going forward Drake Air will be my go-to company for all my AC and Heating needs.

Tony Drake (the firm owner) was punctual at the appointment for the estimate. He seemed quite knowledgable regarding the system and the new insulation products available. The first crew on the job realized quickly that the job was over their heads and stopped working (on a Wednesday). Tony called me immediately, explained the situation and said that he was working on finding another crew. Received a second call later that afternoon stating that he found another crew who would be available on Friday. The second crew showed up as promised and completed the job quickly and professionally. Tony was quite apologetic for the crew problem but in my opinion, approcahed the problem in a professional manner and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

They were less than enthusiastic about honoring their warranty. They regretted having giving me the warranty in the first place. I will only use them only for warranty work.

They're just very helpful, reliable and honest. I would use this provider again in the future.

Here are a few words to describe Drake Air.... Honest, reliable, friendly, fair price, and just really nice guys. Tony and his crew spent a few hours with us back in August to help us get our house back to a comfortable state. The upstairs unit was not cooling properly and with some guidance and suggestions Tony got the unit back in shape. Also we had full attic insulation blown in and our house is very cool. I would highly recommend Drake Air to everyone I know Thanks guys !!!

They were very dependable and very knowledgeable. They come when you need them. They will come when you call them no matter what it is. They are really great. They certainly do a very good job and they don't leave a mess. They are all professional but still very friendly and very aware of special needs that you might have. They seem to go beyond their call of duty to me. I have done business with them for a lot of years.

Tony came out on short notice to make a temporary fix that would give us cool air until the replacement part arrived. A couple of days later, he returned to replace the part. He was punctual, polite and fair. The system is working fine now. We have an annual maintenance agreement with Drake Air that provides twice a year checks and servicing of our units as well.

The guy who comes out has been doing work for me for years now and he is great. He comes out twice a year but I pay him $250 a year. He is always timely. He comes when he says that he is going to come and he does an excellent job. He fixed my system and this is my second house that I have had him with. He does a wonderful job and he is excellent overall. His price is very reasonable and he is coming out again in a couple of months.

I was aware that replacing the approximately 30 year old system was eminent. About a week before Christmas I became aware that my heat was not coming on. We had used Drake a couple of years ago to install a system in another facility so I called them. They came the next day and evaluated my system, which was dead. They came back a day later with a bid for three options. Tony Drake thoroughly explained my options and alternatives. I selected the option that best suited my situation and they promised to have heat for me by Christmas. They commenced the job on December 23 and after two very long days had heat for me by 3:00 PM Christmas Eve. Tony and his entire crew were extremely professional. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of my home. There was no evidence of the extensive job they had done other than a warm Christmas Eve. I am forever grateful that they saved my holiday and cannot recommend them highly enough. While I hope I don't need furnace repairs in the future, I will certainly subscribe to their maintenance and service program.

They are a great company. They are a small company. He was prompt and did exactly what needed to be done. I have used them a lot of years. He came when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and did the the job and it worked perfectly. Everything was right, he brought what he needed. My daughter just used them at her house for insulation.
