AA Landscape and Fence

First, I would like to say I do not enjoy writing bad reviews and would not be here if Danny had addressed our concerns. After our fence was installed and I paid Danny in total, I realized immediately after his departure that the steel gate was not installed to our expectations. We had communicated that we wanted a back steel gate, and Danny brought a stainless steel material that we had welded sloppily to the black steel frame. Upon his departure, I called and sent him a picture. Danny said he would be back that Friday to finish the job. However, he did not come. I called again, and he said he would return on Monday but did not show up again. On Tuesday, we got some rain, and the ground shifted. Because Danny did not install the gate properly with a gap to allow for the shifting of the clay soil, the gate no longer functions (see video). I called Danny every day for about two weeks, and the call just went to voicemail every time. Furthermore, while working with Danny and his son, we ran into other issues that I will not elaborate on. However, I will say that they were not forthright nor very honest in handling those problems. I have worked with many contractors and done many renovations, and never have I experienced someone who has been so unresponsive and irresponsible. I would rather pay more for professional people handling their business.

They worked with me when my new neighbor started acting strange. Had to make adjustments twice after fence was up and the kept it professional and did a very, very nice job. Exceeded expectations!

Danny and his employee installed a chain link fence. The price was very reasonable and they finished the project on time. The fence looks great and I will be using them again. Highly recommend AA Landscape and Fence.

The whole reason for hiring someone to fix the fence was to keep my dogs safe. They are my babies and now one of them is gone because the fence was not fixed properly!

When I met with them, I told them my main objective is that my 2 German short hair pointers dogs could not get out. They have gotten out several times!!! Now my Male puppy is gone? We have had to fix the fence where there were no nails or screws in the bottom of the fence. and now we are going to have to hire someone else to come fix correctly. We also had to clean up their trash they left all over the yard. They requested the money before they were done and when they were done to ask if we were satisfied! SMH.. we are so disappointed and our hearts are broken our baby is gone!!!

I am so excited with the deck that they put in my backyard. It is beautiful and will be used over and over and over. I would recommend this particular vendor for anybody interested in fencing or decking they do a really good job. They were on time professional courteous and did a great cleanup job at the end.

It's always a challenge locating the right contractor for a project. Home Advisor has never let me down. We built an 8' board on board cedar privacy fence, the workmanship was outstanding. Danny is the a fair and reasonable man. His standards are excellence without compromise. We actually enjoyed working with AA Fence and Landscape. In today's market place that is an endorsement well worth considering!

I don't know how realistic my expectations are... I wanted a new fence installed that would keep my very small dog in the yard. He's a digger and gets out if I don't keep him on a leash which I really hate to do, but it is necessary to keep him safe. Danny Carvalho suggested that he would install a 2"x6" board all along the bottom of the fence and bury 3" of in in the ground. I liked that idea except it didn't get implemented completely. He's had to come out once since the fence was finished because the dog got out... I thought it was finally over with but he (the dog) got out again yesterday afternoon... looks like my dog will have to live his life on a leash when he's out in the yard... don't know what else to do... I don't like the idea of those electrical things to keep the animals inside...

They did a great job installing a new cedar fence with gates and looks like they used quality materials. Done in a pretty timely manner even with a rainy day or two. Looks absolutely fabulous right now. Hope it lasts a long long time.
