Very misleading to customers. It took three hours for them to finish and the very next day the drains were backing up again! Was told that in order to ensure the pipes drained well they would have to use the top of the roof. I was then told that they were not permitted to do that! A few months later I hired Rotorooter to fix the problem and he used the roof access and success, all the pipes drained.
Description of Work: Was suppose to ensure backed up drains were cleaned out.

When we purchased our home, we had no idea we still had a septic system. We were paying a monthly sewage charge to the city. One evening the septic tank started flooding our front yard. When I dug a hole, my shovel disappeared into the septic tank. Because we kept all of our payment stubs, we took them to the city. At first they said they could not reimburse us. That is when my wife pulled out 10 years of payment stubs. The city was forced to pay us for a service we never used. We contacted East Texas Plumbing to make the repairs. I realized he did not know what he was doing, when I had to show him how to set the outriggers on the tractor. When he started to did, I asked if he would do a double dig(this is where you take the top soil and place it in a separate pile, then place the clay soil in a second pile. I just so happened was a union back hoe operator in Las Vegas. As I watched him did, I could tell he never operated a back hoe. He never lined the sewage ditch with a med. grade gravel to set the pipe on. He then scrapped the dirt back in the hole. The grass I had was now ruined with red clay. It still does not grow grass to this day. Several months later I spoke with Mr. Wize and he told me he could fix it. I was not aware, the East TX Plumber did not remove the old leach lines. He proved to me all he is, is a plunger operator for backed up toilets. It is my understanding he is no longer in business in Palestine - Good riddance
Description of Work: East Texas dug up an old septic tank. He failed to properly connect it to the city sewage. Mr. Wize's crew came out in December is a freezing rain and hand dug down to the connector and attached it. The team was amazing
