Warren A/C & Heating

They called 2 hours before schedule and confirmed if they could come early. The inspected the furnace, found the problem and gave me options on how to fix the furnace and the cost of each. They didn't have the part for my furnace, which doesn't surprise me since nothing in my home is standard. They came back 2 hours later with the part and had it up and running in less than 15 minutes. The repairs cost me $224 and after receiving the invoice informed that the work is guaranteed for 30 days and that if it breaks they'd come out no charge to inspect it.

My A/C was not cooling and running constantly. I called about the problem I was having and how that I had purchased this unit less than 5 years ago from another Carrier dealer which would not honor their installation agreement. Warren A/C & Heating came to my rescue. They found that I had a leak in one of my coolant lines from what appeared to be a hurried installation by the other company. Warren repaired the leak and totally recharged the A/C system. These folks even gave me an at cost discount on the refrigerant which had been totally depleted.

These people were very courteous and prompt. They located the problem with my system,and the reason it wasn't cooling. The repairs were explained to me,and the approximate cost to fix.I have been very satisfied with this company and their commitment to service.

Upon contacting the company i talked with the dispatcher and told him what kind of problem i was having with my A/C system. He advised me that he would send someone out to check out the problem. I received a call back,and was asked if 9:00 A.M. was okay. The service tech arrived shortly after 9:00A.M. and talked with me about the problem i had been having.After explaining that the A/C had slowly lost it's cooling ability,he said that he would check out everything to see what the problem might be. He found a leak in a refrigerant line. The line was repaired and the leak stopped. They recharged my A/C system with freon and i was back in business. It took about one and a half hours labor,a brazing rod,and 6 pounds of freon. The service tech and his assistant were very courteous and knowledgable. I was very pleased at the quality of work,and the promptness in which my problem was addressed. I will certainly use Warren A/C and Heat again in the future,and would highly recommend them.

They had to replace the heat pump and the aqua electric furnace. I don’t think they call it furnace anymore but I still call it. My experience was excellent. It went out on the hottest day of the year and they couldn’t get ours working. So they actually got a unit that had been traded in to them which was working, as it was going take 4 to 5 days to get our unit. They came up and put the used unit so that we would have air during the time and didn’t charge us any extra for doing it. They had to come and undo it to put in the new one.
