 + -1 moreThe test was free. They are not all equally knowledgeable, but most of them are not only knowledgeable but really helpful and generally in a good mood to see us. If we go there more than two or three times a year they will generally recognize at least our face. If we go there more than once a month they will start remembering our name pretty quick. When we walk in to the door they look like a bunch of California guys, but they surprised me by knowing as much as they do about their business. I have recommended them.
Description of Work: I used Trinity Valley Pools Palestine for running a test on our pool water to check what chemicals needed to be put in or didn't need to be put in and they provided the chemicals.

 + -1 moreI like them, if they are busy and I need them to return my call I can always count on them to call me back within a hour or two and they always give me good advice on what to do to my pool to keep it up.
