Description of Work: Major roof repair on a steel roof that was improperly installed (originally, not by this company) and left unfinished.

Description of Work: I called to see if I could have them come out and give me a quote on roof repair because I suspected a leak. I left a message and later that day I got a call back. I spoke with Ron Welsh on Thursday and told him that I needed someone to come out because I thought I had a leak in my roof and I needed that to be confirmed and a quote on repairs. Ron said ok I'll come by when I can. When I asked exactly WHEN he thought that would be he couldn't tell me. I asked if he thought it would be that day (Thursday), Friday, or Saturday so that I could have an idea and I would be sure to be home. He then said Well I don't know when it'll be. I kind of laughed and said Okay how about you call me back when you know something. He said Yeah I'll call you back Monday and schedule something with you. Well it's end of the day Wednesday (5-1-13) and I haven't heard anything. I will keep looking for service from someone who values their customers and has time for me.

Description of Work: He has put new siding on for me, new replacement gutters, and storm windows. The work has been excellent and the price found to be very competitive. Am using this week for the rest of storm windows on the rear of my home.

Description of Work: I provided the vinyl siding and other materials and his company performed the labor at a cost of less than half of other bids. Their work is excellent, and I would use them again anytime. The aluminum trim on the windows, house, and garage were professionally executed. The vinyl was superior work, as well as, the leveling of the walls prior to installation. He worked with me while I performed the removal of old, unwanted doors and windows. Works well other others. Makes sure his employees perform work properly and insists on quality work. He also works in new windows and doors and steel roofing. I am going to have him do my next roofing job because I know his work will be done correctly. Five stars for him and his workers. They installed the insulation board and house wrap in addition to the siding and trim at no additional costs in labor.
