Very well. Whoever answers their phones (I'm blocking on his name) is professional and so courteous. He scheduled our job quickly and the guys who came out (2 each time) completed the jobs very well and were also very pleasant and easy to have around. I asked them to call me when they were on their way so that i could leave work to meet them --they did --made it really easy for us to get this work done and not miss more work. Now whenever I have a plumbing need (I hope NEVER AGAIN tho!), I will use Carroll.
Description of Work: This time (they've been out several times as we moved into a new/old house last Fall), they hooked up sink and ended up replacing the garbage disposal because it leaked. They warned me that it had a crack in it and might leak, but hooked it up again to try it (We didn't want to replace it if we didn't have to). In the last 6 months, they installed a new, low flush toilet and they replaced a pump outside that was leaking into the ground. They've been to our house 3 times in the last 6 months.
