+ -1 moreI feel like they completed our home timely and tried to work with us on any issues we had. They walked us through all of the choices and made recommendations that helped us. They even helped us secure our bank loan at a wonderful rate. Mr Houseman was alive when we built our home and he was a very nice, bigger than life person. With me and my husband both working full time and he was out of town a lot this was a good choice for us because they took care of all the little details for us. As far as cost they were a little higher than some, but not the most expensive builder out there. I can not say how they are now, but when we built our house they were good and we are completely satisfied.
Description of Work: Had Tony Houseman build our home. We did the painting inside and clean up of debris. Overall it was a good experience. We used a Tony Houseman design and built a steel frame home because of the wind zone. Over all I love my home. Would have made a few minor changes if I had to do over, but no fault to them, just things I did not think about until later.

+ -1 moreWe were rushed through the home selection and specific details process (choosing floors,paint and other details), but the home representative was kind and we liked him. Overall it was a very stressful experience.
Description of Work: Unprofessional work, sloppy, framing was cornered unevenly so my raised ceiling was off kilter...the contract manager told me it was impossible to achieve perfect corners. They hired building contractors that could not speak English and did not meet deadlines. At one point during the roofing the whole contracting crew left the site and did not return for weeks. The painter came back to fix some ceiling problems but never was painted over again still have a blotchy and sloppy looking area.
