+ -1 moreWe had a good experience with them. It’s a franchise. The gentleman who owns the franchise, his name is Kay. He is probably in his mid or late 20’s. He is very polite and mannerly young man. He was pretty thorough about his quote and listened to what I wanted before he did the quote. He had to delay the start of the job as was originally put in the quote, because he had some problems on a job that he was currently doing. But he did call and explained why he had to delay the start of the job. It was not a big deal, it was ok with us. He performed the job as per expectations as far as we can tell, to our satisfaction. We are pretty proud of the patio that he did for us. He was pretty young and he did a good job. There were some things that I was a little just not satisfied with but I didn’t make it a big deal for him, because he was such a really nice guy.
Description of Work: We used the services of The Grounds Guys. They installed a patio in our backyard.
