+ -1 more$757 for two guys to rebuild a hose bib (didn't cut through sheetrock)and screw a handle on another outdoor faucet. They couldn't find the leak that TWO inspectors found and said needed repair. The leak is glaringly apparent. I spoke to the Master plumber, and while he was a really nice guy, he wasn't $757 nice. I'll never use them again. I'm hiring another company to actually fix the leak that they were sent to fix in the first place.

Description of Work: Needed them to reattach pipe under toilet that came off i work offshore so my wife was only one home they came out the first time and poked around the yard my wife told the so called plumber where the problem was and he refused to go under house.she called there shop and the supervisor came and then he went under house but did not fix the problem then they fed her a line of ******** claiming there was 2300 dollars worth of damage and 3 days of work and charged her 300 dollars for that day.They gave her the estimate and told her that she and my son would have to stay in a hotel for 3 days not knowing what was going o i agreed.They didnt come back out till the next month luckily by that time i came home on the same day.they worked for 45 min attached the pipe and braced it with a brick that was already under house and charged us 2300 dollars after investigating my self i cancelled check. I would never in a million years use Bill Mello plumbing they are liers and scam artist

+ -1 morePlumber made 2 appointments to do additional work. When he did not show or call for the first appointment, we made a second appointment. Again, he failed to show or call. Both days, I cancelled appointments to be here.

Description of Work: They were called to fix two leaking faucets. They only fixed one. The other continued to leak. They told us it was the design of the tap. Another plumber (Orange County Plumbing) fixed it no problem.
