Description of Work: I used Bel-Air Heating and Cooling out of Orange. I bought a unit about three or four years ago and I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. When I bought it they put in a new outside unit. I had to call them back a couple times after that to fix it. Once the condenser went out but I didn’t have to pay for it because it was still under warranty. About a year ago, we were out of town and the condenser went out on the air conditioner and it threw a breaker. They would not recognize that and pay me back for my groceries. I even took it to a judge and still lost. The electrician even said that was why the breaker threw. When the condenser went out that last time, I got another company to come in and fix it.
