Description of Work: Replaced current fireplace insert which had been in flood waters during Hurricane Ike. Have used them before many years back. Would use them again. They stay pretty busy, and we were having quite a bit of rain at the time, so it was difficult to get them out. Eric is nice, but you have to remind him sometimes. But he doesn't mind that. They do not advertise, because they really have as much business as they can do. But he will come out, take a look, and take it on.

+ -1 moreThey were reasonable because if they were not we would not have used them. They were efficient and they get to you as soon as possible and if they can't get to you they would call and tell you why. They have done well and after they do the job they make sure everything is working properly. Everyone is very friendly.
Description of Work: I used American Chimney Sweeps for chimney repair. They usually come out twice a year.
