Description of Work: They ordered 3 double solar screens and installed. Delivery took longer than quoted. The installation could have been better, they left approximately an eighth of an inch opening on the sides and bottom allowing insects and lizards to come inside of screens. | |The reason for the "C" in professionalism was the fact that we stopped by their location around 3:00 p.m., to see samples before we ordered, just as the owner? or employee was locking the door to leave. They did not stop to acknowledge that we were there, just got in their vehicle and drove off. If this was my business, and if I wanted to continue to stay in business, I would certainly be professional enough to thank someone for stopping by and apologize for any inconvenience.
