+ -1 moreThey never showed up after calling and telling us we were next on the list. This was approximately 2 in the afternoon on Friday. We waited and waited even called the phone number that the service technician had called us from and left 2 messages which he never returned. Horrible way to run a business in my opinion. If you can't make it at least have the curtesy to call!!
Description of Work: Our AC blower went out and we bought and installed ourselves. They were told we needed service of the unit for freon.

Description of Work: I called Johnson Air about repairing my washing machine at our lake house. It was the Friday before Labor Day, but they returned my call and came when scheduled. They were extremely professional and thorough and the repairman was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreThey showed up 5-10 minutes after scheduled time which is fine by my rural standards, especially since these guys have other jobs which makes precise punctuality a bit tricky. Before i knew it the tech and his assistant had the part replaced and had me make sure cold air was coming out and that was that.
Description of Work: Replaced bad capacitor in AC unit when it stopped blowing cold air.

+ -1 moreThey showed up and went back to my AC unit and told me that my compressor was frozen. I was instructed to keep my fan running without the actual AC for at least an hour. They had to have it this way to service the unit. They let me know they were going to another call and that they would return when they were done. They returned about when they said they would and replaced the bad o ring and refilled with freon. They also let me know about the upcoming availability issue with the freon my unit needs as well. Top notch service and information i needed to know on top!
