Description of Work: Installed brand new Lennox AC. SunWave representative explained the process and estimated time to remove old AC and replace with new one. Very friendly staff took time to train us on how to use the thermostat, helped us set up app on our cell phones. Very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Have used them for years but never again. I called for an estimate on two new a/c systems and a removal. Arrived promptly looked at job and said that they would have estimate for removal "tomorrow" and new systems "next week." I never received these. I even called TWICE to try to get the information. I should not have to work this hard to spend money. Never again.
