from the get go, could sense something was off. Permits were "pulled" for electrical, plumbing and remodel, except we never saw permits. The permit that was pulled was by Eric for the addition and did not cover the remodel. His "electrician" "plumber" and "engineer" were all his hands , none of which were able to pull a permit. They bounced from room to room without completing any on area. When I questioned them it was always we are waiting on something or other to finish.i finally called permit office and asked why no one was inspecting the work and they said no one had pulled permits. He was shut down, because I interfered. He kept saying they were working on permit but nothing ever showed and he continued to work on some of it until an inspector showed and put a NO WORK tag on him. Still kept feeding us the line that permits would be ready tomorrow or the next week. Finally had another contractor come by and look, he pointed out unblocked floors, non structurally sound beams, shabby work, corner cutting, generally crappy work. I "fired" Aranda and asked for alll the materials I had supposedly ordered. Found out he didn't order any of the stuff he said was coming.
Description of Work: ontracted to build a 20 x 23 addition to house (Eric pulled permit for addition, did dirt work, no forms, no plumbing, no concrete) AJ worked on redoing interior bedrooms, baths. kitchen/living/dining area.
