 + -1 moreDO: Know where your main water line comes into the house. Helps reduce wasted time spent trying to find it and the sooner they find it, the sooner they get started and the faster they finish. BE PREPARED: for no water (although they connected an outside line up so that we could use a water hose for necessary water WHAT A BLESSING); for hoses laid throughout your home; for it to be noisy. PROFESSIONAL: Trevor and Jonathan were wonderful. They were patient with the thousand questions and us following behind them watching the processes. They were on time every day, worked fast, and came prepared with supplies to work. Their main goal was to make you as comfortable as possible (although is hard to do), get your home back online with water, and ensure your problems with water leaks were stopped. With a 10-year warranty, you can't miss by choosing to go with this process. These guys were wonderful and we've been happy with the results. The flow of water appears to have been increased and we have little more pressure. Love it.
Description of Work: After 5 leaks under the slab of our house, the choices were to run all water lines from the water heater into the attic, overhead and down to all faucets (including outside spigots) or try the trenchless system. We chose the trenchless which coated the inside of copper pipes with an epoxy to create a glass-type seal of all water lines and connections. The process was to cut all the connections off at the faucets and hook hoses to each (including the water heater). They then test the pressure, sand the lines, then begin flowing epoxy throughout. After a day of drying, they retest the line pressure and lastly the water flow. If for any reason you don't have the flow you need, they run a line overhead (at no additional cost).

 + 0 moreThe work they did was very good. The billing was horrible. The insurance took care of the most part, but company's communication was not good. It took six to eight weeks to fix the work. They fixed the problem. The actual physical problem they did was very good. The manager discussed a procedure and we never gave an okay to do it, they just showed one day and we didn't know what they were doing. It was a $25000 procedure and we were shocked. My husband did discuss the procedure, but never said to go ahead with it. I didn't know anything about it. They are very expensive.
Description of Work: We hired Trenchless Replacement Specialist for plumbing work. We had a slab leak in the foundation of our house. We could do two options, where they could jack hammer inside of our house to get to the plumbing and concrete foundation or they could do trenchless thing where the huge machine goes under the foundation and it was computerized. It goes in where the damaged pipes are and then the machine sprays a new plastic pipe inside the old pipes.
