Got the job completed on time

Great service and work done to replace our wood fence on the east side of our property. The guys were friendly and very helpful. The price was more reasonable than we thought it would be. Since they were working on another property at the moment, they offered to squeeze us in at the same time. It would have been nice for the foreman to text/call to give us a heads up when they would arrive, but I understood they would come as soon as they were done with the other job for the day. I'd still do work with them and plan to in the future. Highly recommend!

We hired this company to build and install an aluminum perimeter fence at our home. We got repeated excuses from the beginning and they began the project 4 weeks past the promised start date after we had already paid a $4700 down payment. The company owner told us that he had 5 other projects in front of ours, after telling us when we signed the contract that there was only one ahead of us. We finally had to threaten to go elsewhere. They repeatedly sent a completely unqualified, untrained crew that spent 2 weeks digging the fence poles before having to completely start over because they didn't run a plumbline and they were all over the place. Again, promises were made on progress and were, once again, not kept. The completion of the job was supposed to be 3 weeks from start to finish according to the contract. After starting 4 weeks late to begin with, after 3 weeks of work, they still didn't even have poles set. We finally had to fire them and fire somebody else.

I signed a contract with this company. After that I never heard from him. I called after one week. He said he will come after two days. But he never came. Not a reliable person

David (Supreme Gates) come in with a big smile. I can do a great job, stand behind my warranty. I can give you reference. Once the Job done, money paid if their a problem no David (Supreme Gates). If he answer he's always coming, never shows up. Do not do business with Supreme Gates.(David)).

Rich did me an excellent job and wanted me to evaluate after completion before he left the job site. Dave the owner called me after completion and see if I had questions or concerns. I would definitely hire them again.

Finish a day late but the quality was par none and I was not pressed for time. in other words I would take 1 day late and perfect work any time!!

The timeline was a little long to get the work started. . They are very busy! But, if you are patient you will not be disappointed

David was excellent with communication and follow up. Fence looks great. He was significantly more reliable than the other people I spoke with for an estimate. I would definitely recommend this company. New here to Midland was getting discouraged with contractors not showing when they said they would etc. Very happy with my choice. He is fair pricing and does very good work. His crew were respectful if our home and did a thorough clean up everyday.

David and his crew did an outstanding job on our 6 ft board on board fence with a cement footer. There communication throughout the completion of the project was great. They were very understanding when promoted with questions and concerns. Have received many compliments due to our home being on a corner lot. They do great work.

The crew was not supervised during the work and it took two weeks to complete. The crew supervisor was extremely rude to his worker and they argued loudly several times where neighbors heard them. The finished product looks great but what an ordeal

Very professional and courteous workers. They were even willing to work with the insurance company to get the job done. They did an awesome job. We are really happy with our new fence. David and his workers even gave advice on how to maintain the fence. I would highly recommend superior gate.
