+ -1 moreIt went VERY well! Contractor was in communication at all stages of construction. The laborers were polite and informative. Since we are DIY'ers to a certain extant, we did some of the slave labor like removing the old fireplace to help keep costs down. They cleaned the site when they were finished. He had a good selection of colors, samples, and brochures. All trim work on the roof was finished to match the color of the roof. The tube lights are so much more efficient than the old skylights, more light, less heat. A lot less heat. The French doors have options like built in blinds, which we got and love (so do the cats); color and wood grain options, glass options. We are so pleased with the work and will definitely be calling him for our next project.
Description of Work: Removed old roofing shingles, replaced with new metal roof, installed new tube lights where old, inefficient sky lights had been, new attic fan, new bathroom exhaust fan, 14x21 patio cover, replaced 2 windows and installed French doors where a fireplace had been.
