I will always go back to Pinner and I tell everyone my story. Good company! Description of Work: I bought a houseful of carpet from Pinner several years ago. It was expensive. It hasn't held up particularly well. I don't think it was put down as well I would have liked. The crew did not seem to understand my questions. I asked for seams not to be in certain places, and they were put in exactly those places. I called recently about getting some more for another house I own. My questions weren't answered. I was just told I'm have to come in. I did, and didn't receive much help then, either. I didn't give any below average ratings. It just wasn't an outstandingly good experience.

Description of Work: Disaster from the start. Wrong carpet installed first; upon final installation, there were some major problems... Requested Owner to come to my home to see the problems with the work and he never showed up for three different appointments and never returned my calls. We did NOT get the brand of carpet initially selected or the quality....the carpet installed is half the grade we paid for!!! If had not been for several family deaths and illnesses, we would have already filed lawsuit. Statute of limitations is not up.....we shall see. | |LaDonna Johnson

Description of Work: Employees were the best. The problem I had was with the carpet. Because it had a pattern that was hard to match, you could see where the pieces were joined. Manufacturer more, or less said tough. Talcum powder turned my grey carpet to pink. Satisfaction guaranteed did not happen in my case. I still have to look at a stripe where carpet was joined, in my living room.

 + -1 moreThe carpet I wanted took a little while to get her but it took them no time to get it to my house and get it put down. They were more than fast and efficient. They also said they would stretch it again any time during the life of my carpet if it needed it. They gave me some super prices and some super prices on carpet for our other house that we are fixing up to sell. In the end I was told that I was over charged so I was owed a refund. That was especially nice to hear. They are extremely nice and honest. They will help and work with you in any way they can and will let you just browse the store as long as you want to without pressuring you about buying anything. Just really great people in all.
Description of Work: They helped me select new carpet for my home after my hot water heater flooded my home while we were on vacation. They measured everything for me and waited patiently while the carpenters slowly finished up the repairs on our home. The owner and the carpet layers were so nice and friendly, as everyone that worked at Pinner's was.
