AC was not working. Tech showed up and added 3 pounds of freon. If it was missing freon maybe it has a leak. Surely, AC stopped cooling again. We called a 2nd company and they found a leak claiming it was an obvious visible leak and Larry Pepper probably didnt care to treat it. Anyways he sealed it, and refilled the freon. Easy, but Larry Pepper couldn't do it. Asked for a refund and he disagrees. Larry Pepper charged $360 for shoddy work. A shameless person. No wonder they have a 3.8 review on Google. Please use someone else. Or if you hire Larry pepper, please don't pay at the time of service. Wait 1 month to be sure their work was done appropriately because they can't be trusted. He claims I should've called for the leak, but why call the same company again? You had your chance. You couldn't do it right the 1st time, yet another company did? You and your employees need re-training. $360 is a lot to just practically give away.

Job was performed but it took awhile because they had to leave numerous times for parts.

We were charged for 4 hours and two rooter machines to unclog the washer drain. This was the second trip AFTER they had replaced the connections, hooked up the washer, and "tested" the drain.

Larry came out when called by our general contractor. He said his secretary was out sick, and it would be good to come back either the following day or the day after. He was to give us a call. He never called to follow up. We called another provider several weeks later and our compressed was burned out. Unit replaced 2 days later,

Ok. Nothing negative to say, Another company just out hustled them for our business by getting here same day.

Two technicians came out initially and they tried to get the unit going and they determined that at least one part was not operating. They tried a universal part but it did not work. One had to be ordered from the manufacturer. It took a week before they came back out. I did call back before I heard from them. One technician came back and replaced the part but it still was not operating and another part had to be replaced which they did have on hand and he went and got it, replaced it and the unit is working satisfactorily. Both technicians were professional and polite.

The tech's showed up the day we called, arrived on time, and were gone in a reasonable amount of time.

We had a panel ray unit that Larry Pepper Air Conditioning worked on, not too many people work on those anymore and he still does. They are honest and come when they say they will. If they have problems getting parts they let you know and how long it will be. They have always been good to us.
