Description of Work: They finally showed up to install two garage door openers on 12/22/15. I first contacted them around 11/9/15. I was told they would probably do the job in 2 weeks. On 11/30/15 I contacted them again. This time I was told they would come by the end of the week or first thing the next week. I didn't hear from them again until 12/21/15 when they said they would be there the next day. They did arrive when scheduled and did a good job with the installation. The charge for the job was about $250 higher than the estimate I was given back on 11/9/15.

 + -1 moreWhen I arrived home and raised the shop door and drove my truck into the shop. When I tried to close the door it would only go about 1/2 way and then stop and go back up. When I looked at the door I could see a loose cable. Since the shop is in the alley I could not leave it open over night so I called The Overhead Door company around 6:00PM and got the answering service. I was called back within 5 minutes and was told that a technician would be contacting me in the near future. Within 10 more minutes I was called by a technician who set up for him to come repair the door. He (Jeremy) arrived as agreed and go the door working within 30 minutes. He also lubricated the door and secured the rails that were quite loose. Jeremy was polite and did a thorough job.

Description of Work: My home owners warrenty insurance paid for the services. Sammy was great and did a wonderful job. I had to have a new garage door opener. After sammy talked with my insurance company and they decided to replace the unit, the job was done very quickly.
