+ -1 moreThe window was functioning just needed replacing. They replaced it but it did not function anymore. They refused to look at it again or any partial refund. They were rude and uncompromising.

Description of Work: A broken glass was replaced in an antique china cabinet. A delicate wood piece had to be removed for installation of new glass. The person glass Doctor sent did a great job and took care with the piece. He also put a new glass in a lawyer's cabinet.

+ -1 moreI called for an appointment and was treated very good by the office staff and the appointment was set for the very next morning. They came to my office at precisely the time promised and the windshield tech did an awesome job!!!! However, on the way home that evening a piece of trim came off and I had to call the shop for help. They scheduled me the very next day and the piece was replaced and I was treated exceptionally well. These things can happen to anyone and we learned that the clips on this piece of trim should be replaced each time. I highly recommend The Glass Doctor in Odessa, TX! A+++++++ service!!!! Thank you!
