+ -1 moreFour Seasons worked me in on what was a very busy day since my water pressure was very low. I thought it was an issue with my water pressure reducing valve because the pressure varied considerably, but lately has been mainly so low it was difficult to shower or water outdoor plants. So I was glad they could work me in on the same day that I called. Damion was my service technician. He was courteous, professional, and competent. He advised me that there could be a clog in my whole-house water filtration system, especially since the city has been working on the sewer lines. He went above and beyond a quick diagnosis, experimenting until he found the correct answer. A new filter restored the water pressure to normal. If he had followed my inaccurate diagnosis, the repair would have cost me three times as much. With my 15% discount due to my service agreement with Four Seasons, a service call with a new filter cost only $82. So "Thanks" to Four Seasons and "Bravo!" to Damion.

Description of Work: Removed leaking hot water heater. Replaced with new. Updated to new house code. Had this all done with 2 men under 4 hrs.

Description of Work: Called 3 different plumbing company's to give me a quote on a slab leak. First one was too busy and going to be a week before he could even think about getting us a quote. Second guy never showed. Called 4-seasons on a Tuesday. Owner came out on a Wednesday to look over our situation and give us a quote on repairs. He also was busy and said he could start on it Monday if we liked the price. I was quoted 800 minimum and 1200 on the high end. They showed up on time. Cut a hole in wall to see if by chance we had a manifold system in the wall. (No such luck) Marked the approximate area where the leak was with a temp. gun. Jack hammered through our 8 month old kitchen tile. Cut out the problem spot. prepped the ground. refilled the dirt. Poured concrete and was done 7 hrs later. Cleaned up their mess and restored our water. I called our tile guy and he was impressed that he only had 4 tiles to replace.Excellent work. Very thorough.
