Description of Work: we have a 60 year old house with 20 or so external spigots which either did not work or leaked. They swapped out all the old fixtures with new ones. Well worth the price. excellent job

Description of Work: I had called on them to repair a water ling connection, which required to get in and under the tub. This water line also connected to a faucet to the outside. Well they fixed the water line in the house, but cut off the faucet to the outside, ( I had no water faucet outside! ) Not good as that was during our real dry season and fires were happening every where. | LATER i CALLED THEM TO COME AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE ALL MY WATER LINES UNDER MY MOBILE HOME. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES! THEY NEVER SHOWED! EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD.\ THE FIRST JOB, THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, BUT NEVER SHOWED FOR THE 2ND JOB. | |

Description of Work: smelled gas in house. Danny came out checked all appliances that might have gas connected. Found nothing there so he went under my house in the crawl space. He located the leak, turned off the gas and told me what precautions to take. Left for less than an hour, came back with new pipes and repaired the leak by replacing OLD lines. were in original foundation area, hse built in 1945.

Description of Work: I have called twice in a period of one month. The lady answers the phone and said the tech would call me to set up an appointment. NO phone call. So I guess they do not need business. I will remember this when the oil boom is over.And all I wanted was maintainance on my hot water heater.

Description of Work: We had a gas leak under our pier and beam foundation. Our service provider repaired the leaks and replaced valves that had been placed on the lines by a previous plumber. He stated the valves could be accidentally hit and would cause leaks into the house. They also repaired another leak in the attic that I noticed as they were making the repairs.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with Danny's Expert plumbing as they were referred to me by my ex landlord. I called and made an appointment for Danny's to clean out my washing machine line. I waited all day and they never showed up. I called the next business day to call and see what happened. I was told I would receive a call when they find out what happened. I never received a call back. My husband called to make another appointment and did not tell them about the missed appointment but, left a message on the answering machine. We are still waiting for that call. We called another local plumber and our line was fixed the next day! I will use Rainbow Pluming for now on. Happy and washing clothes in Odessa thanks to Rainbow Plumbing! I did not lose any money but I did lose a day...thank goodness I did not have to take off of work for a NO SHOW!

Description of Work: I had my second experience with Danny's performed today. Just as the first time, response time was great, communication was excellent. I have found a plumbing service that I will always continue to use, no matter where I move in Midland / Odessa! Highly recommended.
