On time, used a text alert to tell me they were on the way in addition to a phone call the day before confirming the appointment. Staff extremely professional and did our chair in under 20 minutes. Will definitely use again if needed.

Scheduling was a breeze (completed online and via email), communication was clear and easy (received reminder phone calls and reminder emails), and the technician, Cole, was a professional and a gentleman. They came very quickly in responding to an emergency call, extracted water and set up drying equipment, which they monitored for 3 days. They then returned to clean the carpet and were successful in getting up a rust stain caused by the leak. We liked their work so much that we had them do additional rooms that were not covered by the insurance.

They were on time, they were very fast with the cleaning process and they were efficient in doing it. They left the carpet beautiful and left additional cleaning product.

They did a really good job. They had a really good coupon on their website for first time customers. There were some spots that came back up a couple of weeks after they had done it. I called them and they came right back out and cleaned the full carpet again; nit just the spots but the whole room. That was really good.

Good. Arrived on time. Cleaned carpets. They could have told us to put pet neutralizer on carpet to cover previous owners pet stain odors.

I have used Carpet Tech for years. They are always prompt and professional, they cleaned my whole carpet recently, I have used them regularly and I like their service. I think they are a little more expensive then other companies, but I haven't compared prices. The first reason that I started using them was when I bought the carpet, I called the manufacturer, they were the only one that used the method of cleaning by the manufacturer and I have since stayed with them.

Carpet Tech did floor restoration on my kitchen floor due to my water heater breaking and damaging the linoleum. They purchased and installed new linoleum flooring. They were very nice and professional. They were good at following up with them as far as what they were doing and when they were going to come.

I use them regularly. They've been to my house at least a dozen times. When I call they have lots of options and work around my schedule even it it is an evening or Saturday. I've been very pleased with their service. When I bought my carpet, I was having trouble with my vacuum cleaner, so I called the carpet company, they referred me to Carpet Tech, they were the only ones on the list in Lubbock that they recommended to take care of my carpet, and the recommended cleaning method. There are a lot of carpet cleaning services around here, too. I didn't want to ruin the warranty on my carpet. They are a little more expensive, but, they are very pleasant, don't track things in my house, are responsible, and prompt. They don't leave a mess and explain everything to me. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
