THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY REASONABLE ON PRICE AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP NICELY TOO. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM TO QUOTE ON ANY OTHER WORK I NEED DONE.

Jeff was doing a wonderful job.. Everything was great and work was good..Until we paid before job finished...After that we have talked and promises made but have not seen him since... I feel I have been forgotten and cheated. I want to believe it will be finished but now I have more doubt than belief. As I said before a phone call goes a long way. The only time I hear from him or wife or other owner is when I make the call... I have contacted the BBB and next is the attorney., I may not get any results but I will give my all. I want to believe that he is just irresponsible about calling me back and coming back because I really do like him and his family.. It is too bad my husband was too out of it with his cancer treatment to with hold payment and now we are left out in the cold... Sad Sad Sad We attempted to call Tr the Owner and he said we were the only ones to ever complain. I asked for Jeff's last name and he said he didn't know it. We sent a certified letter to Tr and he as of 12 days later has refused to sign for it.. We do plan on taking him to court out of principle but I now believe we will not get any work finished or a refund.. I had to gather all the trash out of my yard and haul it to the dump.. We did contact the BBB and they told us he never would respond. I joined Angie's list today just so I could put this review on here and hopefully keep someone else from getting hurt.. He brings his wife and son to your house and makes you real comfortable with his family and you even believe that you are now friends...Then it happens.... The knife in the back... Shoot!!! I will always from this day go to the BBB and Angies list to check people out as we did not have money to waste,,,... My husband was just trying to get things done for me in case the cancer was terminal.. These people will not ruin my life but I will definitely be more careful.... Shame on you... Remember Jeff and Tr:::: It is never too late to make amends... I will accept your apology that also has the amends.. Today all numbers to the business have been changed and no further contact can be made. We do intend to sue...

It went very badly. The crew started well. Removed the bathtub, fixed the plumbing and floor. Did not fix the wall. Tiled the floor but did not finish it, still needs finished grouting and the finish put on the tile. Removed my baseboards and did not replace them. Scrap pieces of wood and tile along with general trash was thrown down my heat duct pipe. The crew would show up or not as the crew leader felt that day. My husband or I would take a day off work to be there but they would not show up. There would be weeks even months at a time when I would not see any of the workers. Finally in October, 8 months into a 2 week job, the crew leader called me and told me they would not be back He "just didnt feel like working on it anymore" When I called TR at Big Sky he denied any responsibility although the workers came from him as did the estimate. I am now left with unfinished tile on the floor, mismatched and badly placed tile on the walls, shower door frame installed but no doors in it, a shelf that needs a custome-built glass, and holes in the wall where outlets were replaced. Several calls to the owner were answered rudely and nothing was done to make the situation better. Hw would not discuss a compromise or help in any way to fix the problems caused by his crew.
