First three photos were given to the plumber for reference. Quote: 2-3 hours/$180 an hour, plus parts. Plus a hose bib add on. End result: 7.5 hours, $500 parts. 2 hours spent away from property buying parts. End price: $1,164.02 down from $1,400+

Very professional and prompt. Quoted me a time frame and got it done quicker than anticipated. I had originally wanted to only replace the supply line/shut off valve, given the time it would take, but he offered to go ahead and help replace the fill valve at no extra cost.
Description of Work: I had a leaking supply line to my toilet, and also needed to replace the fill valve.

Basin Plumbing is my go to! I have used them the last couple of years! Most recently: new hot water heater (replace and install), new RO faucet, née garbage disposal and install, sewage line flush most recent. Called first thing this morning. They were in a mother job and headed straight over. My system was up and working within the hour! Even added salt to my softener system. I recommend them over any other in the area. Thanks guys!! Basin is the BEST!!

Overall, it went well. The kitchen faucet apparently did not come with a fitted gasket underneath, and the plumber who installed it did not apply any caulk around the edges of the fixture so that water would not splash underneath and drip into the cabinet below.

Our first time using Basin and we were very pleased with their promptness, knowledge, curtesy, and manners and they didn't make a mess. They came on July 4th, which we were very grateful for, and to our surprise they waved the holiday charge plus they gave us a senior discount AND a military discount when they heard my husband was a veteran. We were so impressed we went ahead and got a quote on another job we want them to do. We HIGHLY recommend Basin Plumbing. The 2 very nice men that came to do the job was Jose and Alan.
