Replaced entire Ductwork in my attic as well as a brand new central heat and air unit all in one day ! Lots of people there and got the work done all in one day so our household wouldnâ t be without Air. A salesman came and found out what I needed and got the job done very quick. Actually they installed a new central air condition and heater late in the afternoon and had it installed in a few hours on a very HOT day and on a holiday weekend. m Very affordable and highly recommended. Will definitely use them for what ever might happen in the future.

This replacement and new installation went into a rental property. The company representative promptly contacted me about my service need. Within a few hours there was a completed price estimate as we had discussed. During another telephone conversation, the representative explained the new a/c heater unit was the same brand as I had. The only difference being American Standard owns Trane. He made suggestions for improvement with several options. None of the suggestions were expensive. The companyâ s back log was only a few days. The date was set and equipment was reserved. The service personnel kept the appointment, showing up 5 minutes early. A few hours later, everything was replaced, instructions were given and the job was complete. The renter of the home told when the a/c was turned on, the inside temperature was 80 degrees. Within the hour, the temperature had dropped to 72 degrees. During this his cool down time, specific operation instructions were given. Not only satisfied, but 100% satisfied.

The technician that came in was amazing jumped right on it and went above and beyond expectations. Definitely will use them with any other issues we might have.

Quick response time

I got three estimates for an American standard ac/heating unit. Artic Air was considerably (3 thousand dollars) cheaper than the other contractors for the exact unit. I would highly recommend comparing prices.

Their customer service was top notch. I was needing my whole Central Unit replaced, I got ahold of them at 7pm and they came out that night after hours to give me an estimate which every other company I contacted wanted to do it on their schedule. They were then at my home installing the new unit bright and early the next morning. The new unit was installed and up and running by the time I returned from work. The service guy was very helpful answering all my questions. They even cut in new ducts for me right where I wanted them for no extra charge. I was beyond satisfied and would recommend Artic Air to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
