Very courteous, experienced, provides a varying array of services.

We recently had Artic Air insall a new central A/C and heating unit. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Not too much or too little but just perfect and a Great price!!. The techs were right on time and did an amazing job. They were very professional and polite and I cant say enough good things about them. We also wanted to put some addtional insulation in our attic. Jeremiah gave us a couple of options and we chose to go with the spray foam and are we ever glad we did. The insulation techs showed up the next day after the A/C install. They also did an outstanding job!! Very professional and polite as well. Everyone at Artic Air is top notch!!! Isreal even came by today just do a followup and make sure eveything was working great. I would highly recommend them!! 5 stars for sure!!

When they came out to give me prices the manager was really awesome and he gave me a great deal on my ac unit . I was going to use my 401 k to pay and he provided a zero percent financing option for me. We had a few bumps along the way before everything was done but overall I’m very pleased and would recommend Artic Air to my friend and family.

Communication was almost a battle. It was almost impossible to stay in communication with the man in charge so having issues dealt with was almost impossible.

This was the first time I have ever used arctic air. The response time was very quick. Both the owner and the technician were very polite and courteous people. The problem was explained to me in layman s terms and it was corrected immediately. They came on a Saturday and I was not charged extra for the weekend.

I needed to replace all my duct work.. My usual HVAC guy could not handle this large a project. He also did not have anyone he could recommend... so, I took a shot with Google, which led me to HomeAdvisor. I proceeded to experiment, not expecting much. Within half an hour of submitting my needs I received a call from Artic. Artic quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone, then came by the following day to look at the work needed. My estimate increased a little bit after determining more work was necessary. After receiving additional quotes, Artic's was the best value for the price. (Plus, they have financing options!) The guys doing the work were professional. We made a few last minute changes and they still got the job done for the price quoted. Afterwards, the cleaned up and walked me through the project answering questions. Without hesitation, if I'm asked who I'd recommend it's Artic.

They were quick to respond and come to check out the ac unit, it wasn't cooling. Had to replace with a new system, old system had a leak somewhere. Came the next day and installed the new unit. Lopez and Richards were very professional and had the unit replaced in 6 hours. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Very customer service friendly. That wanted to make sure we was pleased with the job and we was. We just had bought this house and the ducts we horrible. We knew that because of painting Ndbwhen I took off the metal vents you could see they need done. There was dirt in them as far back as I could see

In the midst of the few days that Midland had higher than normal heat temperatures, we realized that my Mother's AC unit was not working. I went on homeadvisor to get quotes so we could get it fixed as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised when Jerimiah called me the same day. I explained what the issue was with the AC and we set up a consultation for the following day... which incidentally, was a Saturday! Israel his assistant, came out on time and evaluated the problem and gave me a quote. I was so impressed with the service, the reasonableness of the price, the professional attitude as well as both Israel and Jerimiah's "down to earth" demeanor, that I decided they were the best choice for the job! Its been a long time since I've made an instant choice to hire someone without seeking other quotes. But I felt the integity and honesty of the service was more than what we needed! We will be needing a new AC, but again, we received reasonable quotes, financing options, and a 20% senior discount! We will definitely be using Artic Air for this project and I highly recommend their company to anyone seeking outstanding service!
