American Pest Control

we have had an appointment with this company on two seperate occasions. The first time they called the day before and cancelled because they were "on a commercial job spraying a hotel." They wanted to reschedule for a later date. We waited for a couple of months to reschedule due to busy schedules but finally got back to them three weeks ago. They were booked until today. I set a 1:00 appointment and have been here all day. When I finally called to find out if I had the right day I was told that they called yesterday to reschedule because they were " on a commercial job spraying a hotel." The only problem with this story is that we were having phone service problems yesterday and could not recieve calls to the house therefore there were no messages on our machine like we were told. I do not like being lied to and I most certainly do not appreciate being put off twice just because a higher paying job came along. This is a poorly run business and I will not do business with them at my home or my office anytime in the future. I would rather live with the bugs.
