Ace Mechanical

One AC unit did not drain proper and air system was not balanced. Air to two rooms does not circulate correctly. Called Ace several times. They said they would come out. Oscar at Ace set several appointments but never came out. Now they do not return calls. I had to fix the drain myself and have another contractor coming in to balance the system. All they need to do to get the system balanced is measure the air flow and adjust the flow to the various rooms. They themselves said it would not take more that a few hours. But not returning calls is totally unacceptable. I live about 30 miles from their offices. I have seen their trucks on the road so I know they are still in business. I do not recommend using them beacuse they will do the up front work and take your money but never follow up afterward. I have not had any actual service work required on the mechanical system yet but I will have to find a different dealer to preform any service needed.
