A-n-T Pest Control

Jeff Wade called me the same day informing me the home had no signs of infestations and that it had been sprayed a couple of days before. He said there were some dead spiders inside and outside but not outside the norm he would expect for the area. He even took a picture of the invoice the pest company left on the counter and sent it to me so I would know what had been sprayed. I was concerned that no spraying happen because I have animals and some neurological conditions. To my dismay the house had been attic bombed, sprayed inside and outside, and granules spread in the yard. All of this was exactly what I did not want. Jeff coordinated with the listing agent, was very professional, and didn't even charge me. Even though it cost him gas to drive to the house he didn't charge me. He was very informative, discussed all of the pesticides used, and called me right after he left the home. I will use A-n-T again when screen potential rental property.
