He came did good work repairing a crack in my ceiling. after six months the crack reappeared . He came back out and said “ well they do come back” I had him look a a spot on my was that had peeling joint tape. He used white paintable caulk to smooth it but now I have to repaint 2 of my walls that had just been painted in the last 8 months.
