Description of Work: In December of 2021 I had some shingles blow off my roof. I did not know how severe the damage was as there is no way I can get up on my roof to check. I also had no idea who I could trust to assist me. Chandler Roofing & Restoration/BCEI was referred to me as a General Contractor I could trust from a reliable source. Chandler/BCEI called me the same day to schedule an inspection. Shawn came out, inspected my roof and advised there was in fact wind damage but he also found hail damage, so I decided to file a claim for my roof. As there was more high winds and rain in the forecast I was impressed that Shawn took the time to cover over the damage already done to prevent further damage. Shawn met with the adjuster as they inspected my roof together and the adjuster approved a new roof. After receiving the insurance estimate Shawn was detailed in pointing out the items that the insurance did not account for. He addressed all the required items to make sure I received a full and fair settlement from my insurance. I felt confident I was in excellent hands from start to finish as Shawn and his assistant, Brandi, communicated with me at every step of the process. I am so happy with my beautiful new roof…I now have the prettiest roof in our neighborhood. Shawn also coordinated new gutters for me after the roof was completed.
