The items he did at the house were good. I had some artwork that needed to be framed. He said it would be easier to do at his house. I asked how much and he would not give me a price. He just kept saying it is what it is. I said once you get started and have a better idea how long the project will take let me know. A week later he comes back with a $300 bill!!! The work was crap. I have since thrown the junk out. I DO NOT recommend him. And on top of it he KEEPS emailing me. I have asked MULTIPLE times to be removed from his mailing list. As the other reviews state - HE TALKS and TALKS and TALKS. Basic stuff is fine but he thinks he can do far more than he knows how to do and does not listen. Find someone else.

Touch up paint get ready I have read the review and none of that happened. I have got more pictures I asked him to touch up paint I have paint for the baseboards and windowsills he said he took off all face plates and wash them which did not happen I have got stuff he deliberately did not paint or white down he milked the clock this job was beyond his expertise and instead of telling me it was he did a crappy job left white paint all over my baseboards from painting the wall didn’t finish painting the walls like I said the pics are below now they are threatening with the mechanics lien because I refuse to pay for the crappy service he provided i’ve never had a problem paying anyone but I refuse to pay for crappy service for stuff that was not done like I asked there was air-conditioning and there was lights on at all times so most of everything he responded to you was a lie in my last review here are more pics of the crappy job he did I provided the paint for the baseboards and windowsills he didn’t even bother doing it plus he tried to steal my blinds that was taken down off the windows I had to stop him and make him take them out of his car They were brand new blinds that I had put up in my rent house he also tried to steal all my plastic hangers out of the closet and left the metal hangers I had to ask for those too

Touch up paint. He did not do what I asked he left paint on the baseboards I provided the paint he didn’t even bother painting baseboards he just well I have pics I had to hire someone that charge me double what he did to come in and do what he was supposed to do in the first place he acted like he was working real hard when I was there but obviously milk the clock because when he was done It was clear he did not pay attention to his work after I left as much as he did while I was there I have pics and that will prove it

He is very knowledgeable in many areas, very organized, prompt and fast quality work! Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!!

He arrived on time meet with my husband hey went over the detailed list we made for him then my husband brought him to each location listed to confirm all parties understood the work needed. Mr. Scooter was fine with the items needing repair as he told my husband he could very easy complete the work needed. Mr Scooter did tell my husband his charges and they agreed for the work to be done. At that moment my husband had to live the house for his office and M r Scooter came to scout me out. We live in a rather large home with most of the space all on one floor I was in the other end of the house in my library when Mr. Scooter popped through the door as he entered he said to me Now lets us chat This is the first time I meet the man. the library is attached to the master suite in which Mr Scooter had to walk through before finding me Then he started talking and talking and talking! So much so he followed me though out the house in order to keep talking! This went on for close to 3 hrs. Never once did he say anything about working since I had not spoken with my husband after his meeting with Mr Scooter so it appeared to me that Mr Scooters visit was to meet my husband and myself, look over the items that needing work, give a price. Again nothing was ever said to myself or my husband regarding Mr Scooter starting work that day. At lunch my husband arrived home found Mr. Scooter still talking and following me around the house. At that time my husband asked him why he was still there Mr Scooter replied that he was just getting started now beginning with the washer and dryer. I had a few more hours free so we said fine for him to start working. he wanted to work till 3pm that to was fine. We all went are own way . At the end of the day I had to leave so my husband was home to finish up and pay Mr Scooter. Mr Scooter handed my husband a bill for $25.00 per hour showing he arrived at 10:30 am and now begin 4:30pm plus gas mileage and tax the total came close to $300.00 My husband was not happy but at the same time starting a conferee call so he pay Mr. Scooter cash and said good day! Update, the nerve, Most everything he said was untrue! Furthermore, while as he said I insisted on taking him through my home in order to show him our possessions, I wonder during the tour did I show him the in home monitoring system? What he said and what was recorded are quite different! With respect Sr. You have given false statement ! You, also disrespected me, with your" needed to listen", "proved a service" shame on you! Your words where nothing but false! I can give detail if requested, as I said it was picked up on our monitoring system.

This is the fifth time we have used Mr. Scooter and he was great as always. He's punctual, organized, a jack of all trades, and very clear up front as to what he can accomplish during his time with you. And he's a pretty darn funny character too. As far as we're concerned, he's our handyman and we simply accumulate a list of and quot;to doand quot; items until we have a day's worth of tasks and then contact him to schedule his visit.

Mr. Scooter as he calls himself is fantastic. He is prompt, polite, neat, helpful beyond belief.

The dishwasher seems to be working okay but there seems to be underneath the sink, it was wet. It could be leaking. I don't really want to call him again because he might charge me for the service. He had to cancel one appointment. He sounded really good and all that but at the end, I'm having problems with the result.

He showed up the time he said he would be here. He cleaned up when he left. I had one set of blinds that where cut wrong, but he was able to use them on a window that I forgot to include in the original plans.

He showed up at 10:00 A.M. as he said he would. Was very professenable and curtious.He cleaned up when he was finished. He did an excelent job. I will have him out again to do more repairs.

He arrived promptly. We discussed what needed to be done and how to approach this very daunting task. I had final say on what to keep and what to toss. We worked for approximately 9 hours and got 3/4 of the way through the cleanup when we called it a day. The purpose of the job was to clear out the front 5 feet of garage so that a new garage door could be installed. All but the back quarter got cleared. Mr. Scooter was very efficient. He swept up as he went. I will call him again to assist with other tasks about the house and yard.

He does really professional work. His work is cost effective.

I hate to say it because he seems like a nice guy, but my experience was a total train-wreck. The crown molding was installed in 3-4' strips, and was seamed very poorly. I told him the brand of Behr paint to purchase for the crown molding and he got a knock off from Lowe's and the paint didn't match the existing trim paint in the room. He cleaned my garage (not on the list of jobs) and I ended up having to pay him for the time spent doing it; he gouged the new hardwood floor in master bedroom while he was 'installing' the crown molding. He was supposed to have installed recessed lighting in the master bathroom and then said he couldn't because it was too hot for him to go into the attic. I ended up having to pay someone to tear out the crown molding he had put in the master bedroom, re-install it properly, and paint it the right color. I had given him the scope of work prior to his coming to my home. He didn't tell me that he didn't know how to do crown molding or that it would be too hot to get the recessed lighting installed. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the workmanship as well the damage done to my new hardwood floors. It ended up being very expensive, between paying him and then paying someone to repair what he'd done.

He was on time and did a very good job. He came in with the tools and ladder to do the ceiling fans, then took that all out to his truck and brought in the tools to do the bathroom and sink. He never made a mess, and was very pleasant! He is a very interesting man!
