THE CLEANING AUTHORITY

The Cleaning Authority has a good concept. They provide a list of what will be done each week includinfg additional items which are not done weekly. They leave a copy of what was done. The crew may or may not be the same each week. In fact, the crew rarely followed the listing and often left work undone, unless we pointed it out. We recently paid $200.00 plus for a deep cleaning following some remodling work. The cleaning was just poorly done: kitchen sink was forgotten, dust remained on baseboards and trim, some furniture cleaned, some not. No cleaning behind doors . One employee who often worked in our home did very well and was a plus: however the overall experience became just too poor to continue. The pricing was competative and the crews showed up on time. It seems the local franchise we used lacked any form of quality control. Other franchise units may operate differently.

David Fortune sends a team of two out to clean, and they do a pretty good job. My problem is dealing with the owner (Mr. Fortune) in that although he did a tour of my home to formulate the cost of cleaning my home, he tries afterward to back-slide on what he says they will clean, as if I were trying to add more rooms. He said he didn't realize our sun room wasn't cooled/heated, or that the windows would be open, and doesn't want his team to clean that room because it might be dirty. He tries to make "his" problems "my" problems, trying to reduce their service. Not very professional in my view, when I just want to pay a fair price and have a good job done, no headaches.

THEY ARE EFFICIENT, DEPENDABLE, HARD WORKING CREWS. THE OWNER, AND THE ON-SITE CLEANING CREWS CONTINUE TO ASK FOR FEEDBACK REGARDING THEIR CLEANINGS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
