Description of Work: Texas Air Pro performed annual maintenance on the A/C units and installed a new capacitor on one unit. A couple of days later they returned to check ongoing issues with one A/C unit and we determined that it was actually the old thermostat that was causing the problem. We signed on for an annual maintenance contract and they returned for a maintenance check on the heating units. An issue emerged that seemed to be resolved by replacing a fuse. However, a few days later, the problem resurfaced. They returned promptly, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it at no charge. Overall, we've found the company to be responsive, capable, and professional.

Description of Work: Air Conditioner was not working only blowing hot air. They found out contacts were bad and replaced them. Nick and his crew always provide exceptional customer service. They are very professional. I have given their names to friends who use them now as well.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the technicians. They serviced my unit, but the cost was so high due to the amount of freon it needed. They gave me a very good quote for a new unit, but I decided to go with a company that offered free financing.

Description of Work: They came out and fixed my system. It ended up breaking down for unrelated reasons a little while later and I didn't use them for replacing the whole system, but they were very understanding of that. The customer service from Nick and his staff was exceptional and he was very caring and attentive to my needs as a consumer. I hope not to have AC issues any time soon since I replaced the whole unit, but if I did, I'd be happy to use Texas Air Pro.

Description of Work: When my A/C stopped working I immediately came to Angie's list to search for a reputable company. Being the peak season for this type of repair, I found it difficult to schedule service within a one -two day period. Though he had a three day wait, I give kudos to Nick Write of Texas Air Pro. He actually had the professionalism to make a recommendation to another respected business in order to meet my needs. He was very curteous and helpful and I believe that his service would also be of the same caliber. His openness to provide a quality refferal shows that he more interested in serving the greater good of his industry and the public than just booking a job for his own company. If only other business owners could operate with the same principles! I will call him again.

Description of Work: It was Friday and my air conditioner was not cooling. I talked to a service provider on Thursday, who said he would call me on Friday. When he didn't, I called Texas Air Pro (Nick) at approx 1:00 pm. because he had such good ratings. I can see why now. Though Nick did not call back until late in the day after I had found someone who could come out -- when he couldn't reach me on his two attempts, he left messages. I was impressed that Nick called me back, esp since AC folks are very busy at this time of year. Although I didn't get to use Texas Air Pro, I feel confident their service would have been as good as their follow thru and I would definitely consider them in the future! Thanks, NICK!

Description of Work: Got a few bids for a new 4 ton AC and heating unit. Wright Brothers came in $2,800 cheaper than the high bid. Wright's bid was for a Trane system while the more expensive was for a lesser quality unit. They showed up on time for the install. Did a superb job and cleaned up after. The Wright Brothers and all of their workers have an obvious commitment to excellent service. City Inspector came out and gave their work quick approval, and commented that their work was well done. I highly recommend them for Air Conditioning/Heating work.

 + -1 moreAir conditioning went out Thursday 8/17 contacted them Monday 8/25 to come give me an estimate. Due to finances I do not have a telephone number to be able to contact me. I advised them of this from the first email message. They agreed to come out Friday, I explained that I would be at work 9am - 3pm. I then received an email on 8/27 that they cannot do business when they are unable to talk to someone on the phone. This was not stated in the first email. The first email requested I call them, my work hours are from 8am until 7pm Monday thru Thursday, and I do not have a phone at work.
Description of Work: Nothing was done. Refused to come out.

Nick and Larry came to the appointment on time, went through the house with my husband and thoroughly checked everything before making a recommendation. They sat with us and answered all of our questions. They never tried to sell us more than we needed and were very honest about the upcoming changes in requirements for A/C units. This helped us to decide what unit was right for us and what would give us the most resale value. Nick and Scott did the installation and were fantastic! Very professional. They were very protective of our house and landscape, taking care during the install and cleaning up afterwards. And they completely walked us through how the new unit works. We have used several other companies for service and repairs but finally feel like we found the right company and team.
Description of Work: Our ancient, original equipment furnace/AC unit finally gave in and needed to be replaced.

 + -1 moreFound company using Angie's List. Called for an estimate and set up a time. Nick Wright arrived on time and provided an estimate which I accepted. Price was several hundred dollars cheaper than ones obtained from other companies.
Description of Work: Performed an HVAC system change out. As part of their installation process, they checked the airflow in all the rooms, discovered an imbalance and went in the attic and repaired some duct work at no additional charge.

 + -1 moreNick and his helpers were very polite. They arrived a little late, but called to let me know, they were going to be late. They removed all the old equipment and took all the trash with them and cleaned up after themselves. They installed all the new equipment perfectly, in fact, much better than the builder installed the old system. Nick even adjusted the ductwork in the attic to make it easier to move around which was a bonus. Nick even called back several times after the work was all done, to be sure we were satisfied 100%. We did not like the new thermostat and preferred a different programmable one, so Nick purchased it and came and installed the one we wanted at no cost. We highly recommend Wright Bros. Air and Nick Wright to anyone. They did a great job, at a great price beating other quotes, we received and we are completely satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: Nick removed our old condenser, coil, furnace and the old intake plenum and supply plenum, that were made out of ductboard. Installed a new higher SEER condenser, coil, furnace, new intake and supply plenums, made out of insulated galvanized metal and also, enlarged the size of our one return. They also, taped all the seams and taped around the whole furnace. Before, we even decided to go with Wright Bros. Air, Nick Wright came and gave us a free estimate and thoroughly checked what we had and spent hours answering all our questions.
