they did a good job, but the labor was more than the parts for the heater.

Where to start! They were the cheapest quote by a couple thousand and I should have take that as a hint. My pool had to be drained 3 times and remodeled twice. After the first time coping was damaged and had to be completely replaced because the new pieces would have been new and not look anything like the others. Still have spots in the pool that have never been fixed by this company even after having to be completely redone! The concrete decking is already cracking and the cracks in the pool that they were hired to fix are back. It?ll be 2 yrs this may since they finished the job that took them 7 months to complete. BEWARE!

Did a great job

The project wasn't perfect. We had a couple of issues that were not apparent to us, but the Sky Blue Pools rep caught the errors and saw to correct them immediately, resulting in a great job. David's integrity was of the highest level and made the experience very satisfying. Highly recommend Sky Blue Pools. Ask for David.

Sky Blue pools responded quickly. Kirk came out to look at the problem the same day. He evaluated the problem, determined the parts required and winterized the pool as he said repairs would not be done until the next day. Denise sent an estimate that afternoon. Zac was supposed to do the repairs but was delayed by other projects. Denise let me know it would be the next day. Zac arrived at 9am and was finished with repairs by 10:30. Zac did a good job. Cost was a little high but I think Sky Blue Pools did a quick and efficient job. Will use them again.

New safety pool cover looks great. I think it will do the job. I was worried that my grandkids might fall in, and this will support them untill they can get out.

poor communication, and make sure you ask up front all details take nothing for granted. make sure you have a contact number, since you will be doing all the calling and follow ups

Did not contact us before they came to work and left job without telling us and left mess. Stain in pool after they finished. No paperwork on job. No warranty for job. Salesman was fantastic, but crew not professional.

What a great experience! I was expecting to pay for an entire motor and they diagnosed it as a simple capacitor replacement. Sky Blue Pools will be the only company I'll call from now on!

Had a couple of no shows while trying to schedule. A little frustrating when staying home just for that. Then had to come out a couple more times to finally repair the problem. In the end, the repair works great. The real shining star was the office personnel (Shelley) that was great to work with. She apologized repeatedly for the no shows & did everything she could to get it straightened out. I know things happen & overall I am satisfied with the work done.

Showed up and recognized what needed to done and took care of it. Hired them for monthly service.

Excellent service, good customer repor. I intend to use them on a bigger pool job in thr Spring .
