The company and the plumber were very professional . They communicated with me clearly at each stage of the process, and the work went quickly and came in at the exact price of the estimate. Working with Schrader Plumbing was very easy, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Much Better than Expected. Jeff and Trevor did an outstanding job. The timeline was actually exceeded and they were both very personal during the entire job. The tunneling team team exceeded their timeline as well. I won't use any other plumbing companies moving forward. Star and their customer service was also above & beyond any other plumbers we have used in the past. Daily Emails, Text & personal phone calls making sure we were all on the same page. Jeff was super punctual and professional. Water was leaking from underneath the decking where my washer sits. He figured out that the water leak originated from the machine. I appreciated his time and especially that he didn’t charge me for the visit.

Rafael came out to the house and was great!!! He was very respectful, professional, and very patient with my son when he wanted to watch everything Rafael was doing! I called at 7am and scheduled for between 4 and 6pm. Now 5 and they texted me that I had been canceled because I did not answer my cell phone at 2:30 Called to see what had happened and was told Yes they had canceled but could do it tomorrow. I took today off to meet them now they think I can take another day off to wait. No way

Everything went perfectly. It is always a pleasure doing business with Schrader Plumbing. Their staff is very courteous, very prompt, their automated notifications/updates that are sent to my mobile are great, and everything was fixed as expected. This is why I've continued to use Schrader Plumbing for well over 10+ years.

He explained everything to me and did not mind all my questions. He put my plumbing concerns at rest. I found out they take care of a lot of other things besides just sink clogs. They are my go to plumbers for professionalism. And the manager,Star, on the phone was very kind and efficient which is wonderful when you have plumbing gone wild and need help. I also liked the texts they sent stating when appointment was and that he was in route. 5 STARS!!!!

Rafael Serrano did the work. He explained things in detail. Did an excellent job that cost no more than the original estimate. Old leaky pipes in a 1950's house we are restoring had to be replaced. He was able to replace the leaking pipe and successfully match PVC pipe to the galvanized. I will use them again as this old house will need all the pipes replaced.

It went very well. The plumber was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The issue was solved very promptly. I would recommend Schrader Plumbing to anyone for any plumbing need.

Rafael and Russell were 2 of those most genuine professionals I’ve ever worked with in the plumbing industry. They replaced all my water pipes under my house and discovered a few other issues and gave honest feedback on what should be done. Definitely know I can trust their word too. Their work was great, fast, and at a fair price! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Will be in touch again for any future work!

I called late Thursday and recieved an appointment (hot water heater went out) for first thing Friday morning. Immediately had an email confirming the appointment. At 7:30 Friday morning, Jeff Burks (with Schrader) texted me to let me know he was on his way. Jeff and Armando arrived. They assessed the situation, explained what they diagnosed, gave me an inclusive price with included all parts, services, permits and taxes in the range I expected. By 12:30 I had a new hot water heater in place and Jeff went over all the items I needed to know. I appreciated their friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Schrader for plumbing service.

Jeff Burks, the technician, was outstanding and did a perfect job. I wanted to upgrade my shutoff valve to the house --- he was meticulous in his work...replacing the main water shut off valve with a more useful ball valve and installed a new larger box so I can easily turn it off when gone on vacation for extended time. The work was complex because the valve included a manifold to the house. While there, he also replaced a leaking hose faucet -- the work didn't go as easily as planned but Jeff easily adapted and executed a perfect solution. Very helpful to answer my Q's and keep me informed of progress.

There are not enough kind words to say about Schrader Plumbing. This review is long, long, overdue. I meant to send it last July 2017 after John cut me a huge break that was totally unexpected. Exceptional business with an amazing crew that is always ready to get busy and fix what needs fixing. In the future, my plumbing business will always be directed to Schrader Plumbing, where you get what you pay for and sometimes what you don't. ;-)

I contacted Schrader on a Sunday afternoon after being stiffed by another plumber. After a phone consultation they suspected a leak from under the slab and scheduled a plumber to show up the next day at 9am. Damien arrived on time and stayed all day to complete the job. Service was great, staff was friendly and highly competent. Pricing is very competitive.

The repair was quick and service technician was courteous and professional. I had a very good idea of what was wrong and his actions and explanations fit my expectations. He showed me the issue and explained the preventative actions to take and why to take them. Also, I knew my builder was cheap and installed generic cartridges in the faucets. Schrader Plumbing pointed it out and explained the difference and life expectancy. As far as I'm concerned, I have a plumber that I can trust for the future.

Repair was completed on schedule and at quoted cost. Grass that had been dug up was restored. Schrader did a great job and I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future plumbing work.

Called him on 1/4/17 and explained needs asking if he was interested in bidding. He set up an appointment to come by on 1/5/17 between the hours of 9 - 11 AM. Also said if he finished early on 1/4/17, he might call and swing by that very day. That didn't happen. So today, I waited for him between the hours he had indicated. No call; no show. I finally gave up and left my home a few minutes before noon. He didn't show up or call to reset appointment, so figured he wasn't interested in giving me a price. So I can't comment on his prices or quality of work....but don't think appointment handling was very professional....so would not contact again. I already had one bid on the job, and it was for $3,800; just wanted to get 3 bids to weigh my options. I've already got an appointment with some one else for 1/6/17.

The plumbers worked methodically, starting with what we knew. They replaced key and valve in fireplace, updating outdated piping to bring up to code as necessary. They worked very systematically to uncover additional leak, returning the next day to complete work and get us cleared with the city and able to get our gas turned on before our cold weather hit. Wasted no time and did not look to make any unnecessary repairs. Very Happy with their communication and professionalism.
