Description of Work: Safety First Walk In Tubs is owned by Brian Palmer which also operates as Green Shield USA (both names appear on their contracts) and a full description of my experience with Mr. Palmer is available on that review. Suffice it to say that this company took my money and did not complete the contract. Further, while he claimed otherwise, all work is performed by sub-contractors and not to the specifications outlined in the contract in terms of quality or materials. Mr. Palmer is currently a guest of the federal government and his previous resume may be found by searching for the name of "Brian Allan Palmer" on any search engine. The BBB pages for Tarrant County and the Austin area can provide additional information regarding this company for anyone wanting to see other reviews for this company or Green Shield USA.
