The crew arrived early in the morning and covered all the bushes and pool with tarps. They removed all the old roofing materials and did a great job putting on the new roof. Like I said, I was concerned about the new gutter guards being damaged and the crew was able to keep them intact. They finished the job that day and left the yard looking great - debris free.

-My roof leaked around chimney into attic March 2014 causing a water stain in bedroom below. - Just by inspection, Bill Brooks tells me this is a flashing problem. -Paid $900 for flashing replacement with warranty. Now know it was just caulked. -Caulking must've broken down as developed tremendous leak in the SAME PLACE Nov 2015 that caused significant dry wall water damage to first and second floors where chimney enters the house - Bill now says this isn't flashing but saturated brick/mortar due to the amount of rain at that time. Mortar specialist patched a few areas and sealed chimney but did not feel the mortar was the problem. Leaked again with no improvement causing more interior damage. -Bill got on roof and sprayed roof line ONLY with a hose which reproduced the leak. - Bill admitted that he saw holes in the flashing caulking, acknowledged that this must be a flashing problem and offered to pay for flashing and interior repairs. -Next conversation he retracted everything and went back to parroting that this is a brick/mortar leak despite the obvious. -Second mortar specialist consulted and agreed with first - flashing problem. -Second roofer consulted who sprayed roof line only not mortar and reproduced the same leak. -Second roofer inspected flashing and reports it had never been replaced but had exorbitant amounts of caulk. -Second roofer replaced flashing and it has not leaked since. -Now that I have watched a flashing replacement it is obvious this was not done by Bill. - Bill will not refund my money or help pay for damages despite knowing his shoddy patch work caused the damage. -Bill took advantage of me as I'm a single female and this is my first house. -Bill has daughters who I hope see this and are ashamed of him. -I question the legitimacy of his reviews on this sight.

When Terry arrived, I expected him to explain that he discovered serious roof damage that would require a major project to replace my existing roof with a new one. I was blown away when, after a thorough inspection, he reported that he found only a few minor cosmetic blemishes that didn't really require any immediate remediation. He did find one plumbing stack that needed to be calked around its base because it had cracked from sun & stormy weather over the years. He actually went ahead and did the repair letting me know that it was included in the coupon and that there would be no further cost to me for his visit. WOW!!! I had fully expected a "hard sell." However, I was thoroughly surprised that Terry acted completely professional, sharing with me his extensive knowledge and experience and offering tips that would help keep my roof in good order for as long as possible. I can state confidently that should the need arise, I will be calling Terry at Roofing Solutions to get the job done. And, I would utterly and absolutely recommend this company to anyone in North Central Texas in need any roofing work; unconditionally!

I first contacted Terry on Angie's list and explained the problems that I had with a leak in my roof from a broken seal on a vent pipe. He agreed to come out and inspect my roof and provide me with a quote. It turns out that the problem was more extensive than I realized (required replacing shingles, decking and a broken raincap) and he was very thorough explaining all the issues and provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation. With the amount of work that was done, I feel that I got a great value. Terry was very friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable and I was impressed that he provided me with references. The work was completed in less than 2 hours and I havent had any issues with the leak even after a couple of days of heavy rain. I also had a problem when making a payment and Terry was patient and kind during the whole ordeal. I would definitely use Roofing Solutions of Texas in the future as it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I had them replace some shingles damaged by wind and hail. It was very convenient. I did not have to be home for the estimate or the work to be performed. Everything was handled over the phone by Terry.

I emailed the company to request a roof inspection after a hail storm. Terry responded quickly, and determined that it needed replacing. He gave me an overview of what to expect from the insurance adjuster. After I contacted the insurance company, I got a bid from Roofing Solutions and a second company. Terry was helpful about the various options for shingles. Roofing Solutions was the better bid, though the two were fairly close. The day of the job, the crew arrived on time. The company owner came at the beginning of the day to introduce himself and make sure of a good start. They finished in one day. They were careful not to damage flower beds, potted plants, etc. When the job was done they cleaned up very well. I really haven't found any nails in the yard. I was very pleased with the company's professionalism, good communication and timeliness. There was a manager available all day for questions or concerns. (Some companies get the crew started and then the manager may leave.)

This has been an ongoing issue since November of 2015, he came out, made recommendations and I proceeded with his service through one of the Angie's List Deal. He came out, looked around, fixed one spot. However, the other leak that I addressed with him around the chimney remains an issue and has not been corrected.

Terry called to tell me he was running late then arrived 5 minutes after appointed time, I appreciated the call but I didn't consider him late. He was professional and courteous. He inspected the roof and found that there was not enough damage to warrant a new roof. It was refreshing to know there are still honest business people out there. Others I had come look of course said I needed a new roof if my insurance company would pay. I don't want to charge my insurance company for something that doesn't need to be done, it just raises all our rate. I can't recommend Roofing Solutions of Texas enough for their honesty professionalism. Thank You, Terry.

The salespeople at Roofing Solutions, as well as the owner and the job supervisor were very professional and courteous. They explained the work to be done in detail and went over the contract as well as meeting with my insurance adjuster. The roof was installed in one day. It looks great and the clean up was excellent. Kudos to Mr Brooks, Terry, Chad, and Kevin, as well as the job crew. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Best customer service I've seen in years!

2/17 We used "Roofing Solutions" on Feb 17th to repair 3 shingles blown off in a storm. Unfortunately we did not go on Angie's list prior to having this repair done. There was a $99.00 special going on for repair up to three small areas on the roof. (I had one small area = 3 shingles) furthermore it was not an area that was all that high. I was charged $450.00, was told he would reduce the price to 430.00 if I would do a review on google. We are new to the area, and feel after looking at Angie's list (after the fact) that we were taken advantage of with the price. Thanks to Angie's list, this will not happen again. Buyer beware.

This is a rental property and I've had difficulty in scheduling repairs with the tenant in the past. provider worked with us to get a time and date and was very good with the challenges. they fixed all the leaks they could find and while we haven't had another heavy rain to test it I am confident he solved our problem. they did have to reschedule once but they were very professional about it and it only set the repair back a day or so. overall i was very satisfied with the experience .

Everything was completed without me being home. Of course this means that I couldn't see any of the work being done but I also didn't have to take off work. Pictures of the completed work were sent to me. It looks great. I paid after the work was done which is also a bonus. I didn't provide any money up front.

I had two roof leaks from the vent stacks for my two HVAC units ( vents for the gas heaters). I also wanted everything checked while they were up there. Terry and his worker showed up exactly at the promised time. Terry explained what they would be looking for to check the entire roof and all the roof penetrations for potential problems. Since I have a steep roof ( 12/12 pitch), apparently it takes two workers for safety and this makes it more expensive. All in all, they were very professional.

Roofing Solutions bid to perform roofing repair and damage repair on a front porch roof. Their responsiveness and willingness to perform the job was exemplary. Once the job got underway, it was discoverd that the damage was much worse than originally expected. Bill, and his crew, accepted the change of scope with a very reasonable cost addtion, and completed the job very well. They did it quickly, and brought my house back to "better" than original. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They did a very good job and came right out on time. They advised me as to what the problem was -- which ended up being part of the flashing around the chimney and some brickwork so that required a bricker. But they came out and took care of the roofing. I have not had any problem since then. They performed their work in a timely manner. The $99 fee that they charged did not include the actual labor and material of the work that needed to be done. That ended up being about $600 worth of work. It was pretty expensive, but there was some roof decking that needed to be replaced as well. It ended up being more than I expected it to be, but that is not necessarily their fault. But it is nice to have a better handle on what it is going to cost. It ended up being more damage to the roof underneath because the water penetration had been there for a while. It was a more extensive repair. I don't know if it was worth the $600 that I was charged. It needed to be done and they were there to do it. It eliminates having more damage done to the property, which is uppermost in my mind.

Terry was very nice and straightforward. Gave me two options, then repaired it a week later.

They sent me a written proposal the next day and scheduled a time in the next few days. Bill Books, the owner, actually took care of the repair himself as well inspecting the roof. Very professional. Highly recommend this firm

He was extremely responsive and very up front on costs and timeline. He was doing repairs based on the sell of my home and needed inspection report items being done. He reviewed the roof again and provided a formal write-up to show what was done, took pictures and added commentary on how it was replaced. It was a smooth and hassle free process. Should I need roofing items addressed again I will definitely consider them! Thanks.

These guys are top notch. They know what they're doing and use the best materials out there. They worked extremely hard and do quality work. Also, lots of integrity. Although there were some scheduling issues at the beginning, they were committing to making things right and getting the job done as quickly as possible.
