Overall, it was a great experience. They were punctual and straightforward. When it came time to authorize the replacement of the trim boards, they were very honest about not being 100% certain that's where the water was getting in. Personally, I prefer that type of honesty, so that's a big part of the reason I gave them high marks. There have been no signs of water since those trim boards were replaced, so the repair job appears to have been effective.

This company is very professional. I purchased the architectural shingle package through Angie's list. It's an amazing deal, so check it out under their coupons. Within a week, Terry Jackson met with me for the consultation to pick out colors and materials and to discuss how the job would go. Satellite images were used to assess the roof and calculate the square footage. We set a date for about two weeks out. On the day of the appointment, a crew of five or six guys showed up around 7am and immediately went to work. I don't think they stopped all day. Two layers of old shingles were scraped off, a few spots in the decking were replaced, the new roof was installed along with new vents, and they even fixed a soffit ventilation screen for us. Afterward, the crew used magnets to gather stray nails. By 7pm, they had picked up every scrap of trash. I'm shocked how well the work went considering the steep A-frame of our roof. Besides the wonderful new roof, you couldn't tell the roofers had ever been there. Now that's service. I love the 3D look and color of the new roof, and I'm thrilled with the warranty. I would not hesitate to recommend Roofing Solutions of Texas.

They are a great company, they will help you look through the insurance process so that you know what's going on, it can be a little confusing. The guy that was assigned to us worked with us specifically on how to go through insurance to make sure it got covered. We had a great experience with them overall.

I called three different companies, two showed up on time and both gave me pricing while on site. I felt roofing solutions was the better fit, they kept it simple, stated concerns and made easy to follow recommendations that I felt were right on the money for the work needed.

Terry arrived on time (perhaps a few minutes early!) and conducted the inspection. We discussed some recommendations and gave me a quote for the work. No high pressure sales pitch. Very impressed with the work.

I had a great experience with Terry Jackson who came out to inspect my roof per the Angie's List ad. Very honest. My roof is now 18 years old and I just wanted someone to look it over since many of my neighbors have recently gotten new roofs. Terry was the ONLY roofer in 18 years that has seen my roof who did NOT try to immediately sell me a new roof. He said I needed some minor repairs. But that my roof has another 5 good years to it. I think I found my roofer ! I appreciate Terry's honesty and integrity. It goes a long way !

They got everything done. They took all the pictures and everything worked out well.

I will use them again. I thought it was a little high. They were some extra work that needed doing and it was significant. I would have thought that it would be $800 or $900. They did a great job.

Person who came was so polite and respectful, but was a manager/Salesman for the company and did not quite do what I needed. It was great that he was ontime, and did the job quickly,answered all my questions,etc., but said I did not need 2 more gutter/downspouts on my small house, but I do! Rain water dumps EVERYWHERE directly over the patio door even though there is a rain diverter in place. It does NOT work and I asked him to CLEAN the gutters also. He said they were "Good.", but the ones in back were/are so full that leaves dumped all over the patio and ground these last 2 rains we have had.

They showed up on time, discussed a resolution, and discussed the price. The sales guy and project manager were both great. They fixed our roof and everything appears to be as offered. The only complaint that I have is that the cleanup was lacking, but it was just minor things. They left a trash bag in our bushes and a few shingles and staples, so I can't even hold that against them. They dropped off a magnet for us when I complained. During the project, they put tarps on our lawn to catch the old shingles and left them there long enough to kill our grass. We live in Texas, so that's not hard to do with 100 degree temperatures, no matter how long you leave them there. A few hours can kill grass, so I can't fault them for that either, but just wish there was a better way. Our grass recovered within a few weeks. Overall, no major complaints, and most minor complaints were resolved.

The gentleman was very prompt and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He let me know about things he will be looking at. He identified some issues that I might want to look into. I am satisfied with the service.

They did an excellent job. They were very honest, the sales man Terry was extremely thorough in explaining everything that he was going to do and gave me and itemized list that told me exactly what he was going to do. He kept me informed on everything and gave a 2 year warranty on the repair work they did for my leak. He was very kind, and very patient in explaining it to me so that I would understand. I didn't feel pressured, they had a really good work ethic, and they cleaned up their mess afterwords.

My experience with Roofing Solutions of Texas was Excellent. Terry of Roofing Solutions, gave me a heads up when he was on his way and arrived 5 minutes early. I showed him the problems that I knew I had before he evaluated the roof. Terry let me know that the roof was in good shape but there were some problems to be fixed which he showed me in pictures. Since the estimate to make all of the repairs was a bit over my budget, Terry and I agreed to a lower amount to fix the most critical problems. The repair work was done the next week. The work surpassed my expectations. It was done sooner than I expected and very well. I was happy to pay the bill.

Fine - due to weather and scheduling, it took about 2 weeks to complete the work, replacing some siding on the second floor, some flashing around a vent stack, reseat a couple of vent stacks and recreate a ridge cap, replacing some shingles along the ridge line.

Terry arrived exactly at 9:00am and his helper arrived shortly thereafter (due to my 2 story house). The roof was inspected and vents sealed & caulked.

Terry Jackson was punctual to our appointment for the estimate. He took about 30-40 minutes inspecting the problem, explaining the solution, and writing up the estimate. Within one week, Vincent arrived and did the actual work which looks wonderful from the ground. He was professional, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up thoroughly. I will absolutely call them back for my future roofing needs!

The crew arrived early in the morning and covered all the bushes and pool with tarps. They removed all the old roofing materials and did a great job putting on the new roof. Like I said, I was concerned about the new gutter guards being damaged and the crew was able to keep them intact. They finished the job that day and left the yard looking great - debris free.
