Description of Work: This was an Angies List special, a roof inspection checkup. Terry Jackson came out, checked over the roof, vents, around the chimney and a fan. He made a few repairs, and took pictures of it. There was a loose nail, and some caulk that needed replacing. I was glad to have the roof checked out. Terry is a very nice guy and I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for roof maintenance and had them check on a couple of leaks in my sunroom. They made a tentative repair and as yet I have not seen any new signs of the leaks, so it appears to have gone fine.

Description of Work: Terry Jackson called promptly after I signed up for the roof maintenance coupon offered on Angie's List. He arrived at the appointment time and quickly assessed the problem we had of a leak in our roof. He did a quick temporary repair and said he would come back with additional material to be sure the repair would last. He came back a few days later and completed the job. He was very professional and knew his trade. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They had to come back because their ladders were not tall enough, even though I said they needed two REALLY tall ladders. Then the helper guy got sick, and we had to wait even longer, but eventually our leaky roof got repaired. I am more than satisfied with the service, and he gave us useful information about when we could expect to have to make more extensive repairs in the future. I will call him again when those services are needed.

Description of Work: My husband was home at time of service. He was shown photos of 10 year old roof and told it was fine. I scheduled due to concern about caulking, since original roofer used household caulk to repair leaks. I guess it held up; because husband was told nothing needed to be done. Maybe I would feel better had I seen close up shots of caulking, but I was not there. An email with attached pictures would help.

Description of Work: Repaired dry rotted splash guard boards along 2nd story and completely repaired a gap between siding and brick.

Description of Work: Checked roof for and defects, leaking area's condition of shingles and vents for proper sealing. He repaired my shingle on ridge which was included in price. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal roof inspection and minor maintenance. Received no phone call for several days (inc. holiday weekend) so I called them. Mr. Jackson got here on time, said not to be concerned about 6' x 3' stain on roof under an upper eave, brought down a phone pic of one popped nail and little caulking under the tv dish. I asked if the BD included those repairs, and he said he could do them. He had given me a business card, but did not give me a statement or other proof that the roof was examined.

Description of Work: Showed up 15 minutes late, but did call. He got on the room and looked around and made me an offer for more repairs. I asked him about replacing shingles which was in his ad, but he did't act as though he knew was was in the ad. He did caulk some nail holes with white caulk on a brown roof. I would not call him again for any work needed.
