Overall the job went smoothly. A couple of glitches were taken care of professionally without any pushback. They employ a supervisor, Gary, who oversaw the project and made sure the workers had the materials they needed in a timely manner. The sales person, Terry, spent the time to fully explain the entire process and he handled all of the insurance paperwork. He also checked in on the job twice.

I was quite impressed with this company right from the start. When I met with their representative to give us a quote, he was polite, patient, informative and honest -- all of which made it an easy choice to have them do the work we needed. From then on, they communicated with me every step of the way. I'm also pleased with their quality of work. They replaced our roof in a day and cleaned up around the house when they were finished so as to leave everything as they found it before they arrived. It's so nice to see a brand new roof and gutters, which have been in need of repair for years. Another team came out to replace our old garage door. The man we met with who gave us a quote was there see the project through. It only took them a couple of hours. I highly recommend Roofing Solutions of Texas.

Victor arrived right on time to do the work and did a fantastic job in just a couple of hours. Terry also came by to make sure all was going well. I am very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish and will definitely use Roofing Solutions of Texas for all my roofing needs. Great job by Terry and Victor.

I would not recommend them. I think that they were not acting for the benefit of the customer. I just thought well I need this fixed because it was leaking and had made a little leaking spot on my ceiling and I thought well I need to go ahead and get this fixed. It shouldn't have cost me anything. Insurance should have paid it all. The actual work seemed to be okay. What they actually did was okay, but in terms of providing a service to me, it's an F for that. How well they did the job that they did was an A, but they shouldn't have done it; they should have had my insurance company pay for it instead of me paying for it. I would absolutely not use them again.

Roofing Solutions explained what was wrong, what could be done, and what had to be done. The following day my roof was patched and was better than before. Workman was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.

Original meeting was postponed several times. Once representative showed up, he asked for the insurance estimate first thing. That is all he was interested in obtaining. We were ready to move ahead. After submitting information as per his request, he promised several times to follow up with a phone call regarding status, which we never received. After two weeks of no communication from the company, and our failed attempts to get a response, we went with another company.

They are professional, and everything went well. They did the entire job in one day. I would definitely hire them again.

I submitted an inquiry online, and received a prompt response. A date and time was scheduled to look at my roof. The Representative arrived on time. After surveying my roof, I spoke with the representative and was advised I would receive an estimate re: the type of work needed and cost. I never received the estimate.

We are very happy with with our new roof Terry Jackson was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He is very good at explaining the process, especially with the complexities that come with insurance work. I appreciated that! Gary Kopp and the crew were professional and polite. Gary was right there for all inquiries and to share progress reports during the day Work was done in one day with thorough clean-up at the end. This company was nothing short of awesome! They worked with us and insurance company and mortgage company to get the lowest deductible. They put on the best under layer out there, finished in two days, put tarps and barriers above and beyond to protect plants and pool. Did a very, very thorough cleanup. Took note of any damage to plants, which was almost non-exitant. We were super pleased and highly impressed.

Finally! A company that could see the leak in our attic and recommend a course of action to repair it as well as other suspected trouble spots on our -1 -year-old roof. Joe and Josh (forgive me if I don't have that name correct) took photos and provided us with a thorough explanation both in person and in an email of what they recommended be done to get our roof in good shape. So professional! And personable as well. If the company that put this roof on won't do right by their warranty, Roofing Solutions of Texas is our Plan B. I highly recommend them.

Discovered a roof leak in the middle of the night. Looked on Angie's list for a referral. Called Roofing Solutions of Texas the next morning (6/7/17). Josh said he could get someone out that day to evaluate the situation. The gentleman came out that day to inspect the roof. He found the source of the leak. He gave me an estimate for repairs and what those repairs would entail. We scheduled the repair for the following Tuesday. The next day I received a call advising me that they had an earlier opening so they did the repair on Sat. The problem was more extensive than was first determined. The repairman came at 8:00 AM. It took him almost 8 hours to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional and worked the entire time. Even though the problem was more extensive they did the repair for the agreed upon estimate. He cleaned up well and left the sight in perfect order

We could not be happier with the job completed on our home. Terry Jackson did a great job with the presentation of the process. The installation crew was courteous and professional. The crew manager, Gary Kopp was present from start to finish and answered all questions. The three crews of two men each did quality work and even had one person assigned to pick up throughout the whole job. The process from (tear off to finish) started at 7 am and completed at 7pm. The process also included changing out 9 turtle vents for 3 wind turbines This meant repairing the holes left from the turtle vents. At the end, the project manager walked through the neighbor's yards (with their permission) to clean up any debris and walked with us around our property to make sure the work and cleanup were satisfactory. Terry Jackson, the sales manager also came out to inspect the work. We had a great experience with Roofing Solutions of Texas. This was our second time to work with them as they fixed a roof leak 2 years before and it has was never a problem since.

I think it was $8,000. I think the total came up to about $8,000 for both. Maybe 15 people came out to do the service. I was leaving for work, I didn’t stay for the day, the other person did, but as far as I saw the workers I interacted with were very professional.

Terry Jackson, Sales Manager, was the first to inspect the damage and took the time to cover our cracked skylight with a tarp, even though we had not made a commitment with his firm. He was very helpful explaining the whole process of repair work and the insurance procedures. We chose Roofing Solutions because they are top-rated, with a lot of experience, and would manage all repairs which, besides the roof, included installation of gutters and staining of an attached pergola. The work was completed to our full satisfaction on schedule and within their cost estimate. Terry was helpful throughout the project, always returned our calls and followed up with action. The crew was professional and friendly, and did a thorough job cleaning up our yard to ensure no nails were left in the pool and lawn. I can highly recommend Roofing Solutions to anybody in need of roof repair.

The supervisor was professional and nice. The roofer did a quality job, and made sure I was happy with the repair.

All the pros at Roofing Solutions of Texas have been the very best home services folks that we've ever worked with: knowledgeable, listen to you, and answer my questions with "language" I understand. We learned from them that -- strangely -- most roofers in the Dallas Fort Worth area DON'T actually care very much about doing roofing repairs (and guaranteeing their leak repairs). Instead, most roofing contractors around here stay in business just so they can get big insurance checks from all those "easy money" hail storm roofing jobs. So we are happy to find this roofing company that finally fixed our roof leak once for all.. But we were extra pleased to be showed by them how they did their repairs, what materials they were using and why. And, important for us, they also showed us why all our previous roof repair attempts had failed. These guys really know what they are doing, they communicate well, and their prices are fair with guarantees on everything that they do. We will never use any other roofing company! And we absolutely will hire Roofing Solutions of Texas again for any roof repairs when needed, or (God forbid!) any big bad hailstorm damage that we might get every Spring in Dallas area. We have already referred these guys to our friends who have been pleased with them too, and we will always recommend them to anyone who has roof problems.

They were fantastic! Responded and scheduled work quickly. Came on time and did what needed to be done with zero fuss and no up-charging!!! Will use in the future!

Terry was very thorough with answering all my questions before and after the roofing walkthru and other issues that needed fixing. Victor did a great job with the roof repairs and answering any of my questions. I am not able to get on the roof, and asked them if they could do a minor touch-up on my chimney with paint, which they did (thanks Terry and Victor)! The spring rain showers will be the "ultimate" test, but I am sure with the work quality it will be fine. I will recommend Roofing Solutions, Terry, and Victor to others.
