What a great contractor! I called b/c of their $199 roof maint special. I had a small roof leak and a few areas I was concerned about. I called, got an instant response. They came out, looked at my roof, identified all the areas that needed help and made all the repairs for $200. Very professional. Intelligent, friendly people. Dealt directly with the owner. I'll use these guys again. So not what I expected when i called a roofing firm. They didn't try to upsell or hard sell me on anything. VERY PLEASED!!

All services were performed without flaw. Initial contact was by email, I believe, but an on-site estimate was provided. The day of the work, the team arrived on time and completed the tasks in an efficient fashion. The work was completed to our satisfaction and met the expectations of the buyers since we were able to close a few days later.

They showed up when they said they would. Did an inspection - found no problems.

Outstanding experience! overall Received return phone call shortly after I contacted them to schedule an appointment. Arrived right on time, gave me an good idea of the service to be performed, and listened to my particular concerns regarding issues I had with some spots on my roof. They took their time and repaired the spots (e.g., fixing/extending some roof flashing areas, securing some loose roofing, etc.) at no additional cost. A truly professional company and staff!

I found Texas Roofing solutions through Angie's List. I received the estimate in December after deciding to wait several months after the hailstorm because of being inundated by flyers on my door, in the mail, and by phone from dozens of roofing companies both local and out of town. Terry was a great representative of Texas Roofing Solutions and did a great job of explaining the quote and insurance process so I knew exactly how much I would have to pay out of my pocket that the insurance would not cover. He recommended lead plumbing flashing(which is what I had) over neoprene boots(other company) for the plumbing stacks because they are more maintenance free, which is a plus. He also agreed to add an extra turbine that I didn't have in one area. He also agreed to waive an additional fee for using a credit card to pay. The quote included 15 pound felt, while some companies use 30 pound (thicker) felt, but I didn't realize this till later. I asked about correcting decking damage as I know I have several knots that have popped out of my decking leaving a hole and was assured that they always do a quality job, and if any decking needs fixing, they will take care of it. During the installation, the foreman was onsite the whole time and was supervising the 10-12 man crew. The first problem arose when I discovered that they don't remove the existing felt, just the existing shingles. I asked the foreman about this and he assured me this was fine. He basically stated that the existing felt was 15 pound, and the new 15 pound felt on the top of it, will make it a 30 pound felt total. I understand this, but the issue is that without removing the existing felt, there is no way to view the state of the decking underneath. He assured me that he walked the whole roof and didn't notice any soft spots in the decking. I tried to explain to him that without visibly seeing the decking, the likelihood that he stepped on every part of my roof, he may have missed some holes or soft spots. The reason I know this is because I can see the underside of the decking from my attic and I know there are what I consider large holes that have come from knots in the decking that have fallen out over the years from the wood contracting and expanding. I then spoke with Terry about this and after pointing out one hole from my attic, the foreman did the right thing and replaced the decking board. The roof was replaced quickly in less than a day and they cleaned up very well. It is now several months later and I had to do some work in my attic in another part of the roof and I discovered that the crew used sheet metal to cover a hole in the decking! They should have done the right thing and replaced it like they did in the other spot, but because I missed this during the installation, shame on me. The foreman spent most of the day in his truck while the workers performed the work. He should have been supervising them the whole time. Despite all of the positive reviews I read on Angie's List, I would not use Roofing Solutions of Texas for another roof.

After having had 3 bad experiences with roofing companies, I was very hesitant and cautious about finding a roofing company to replace my hail damaged roof, but I knew I had picked correctly when I chose to do business with Roofing Solutions of Texas. From the very beginning, they were friendly, professional, and helpful. They handled the necessary communications with my insurance company, explained exactly what they were going to do, and followed through with their promises. They were quick and efficient, and the end result is a beautiful roof. When I wasn't happy with the gutter on the back patio, they replaced it with a new gutter, and when I requested some repair work be done to the patio roof that was not included in the insurance coverage, they did the repairs at a very reasonable price. If you need an honest, customer oriented, and professional roofing company, you can't get a better one than Roofing Solutions of Texas.

I noticed a couple of shingles on my roof were missing as a result of the recent wind and storms. I selected Roofing Solutions of Texas based on all of the positive reviews on Angie's List. I left a message for Terry on a Friday afternoon and he promptly got back to me. He was even going to see if he had anyone in the area who could swing by that day. We settled on Monday as I wasn't in a huge rush (no leaks), but wanted to get things checked out and the shingles replaced. Bill called back to confirm and to provide a quick estimate over the phone based on my description (about $150 provided they didn't find anything else wrong with the roof). Bill came out promptly as scheduled on Monday and inspected the entire roof. He took pictures of the problem areas and came back down to show me and discuss. He went ahead with the repairs and actually charged less than the original quote ($125) since he wasn't using much material. The whole thing took about 20 - 30 minutes. He gave an overview of everything and took additional pictures of the completed work to again bring back down to show me. He was very polite and thorough, which I appreciate. I would give them an A+ if it were an option. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofer and they will be my first call on anything to do with my roof in the future.

We had an outstanding experience with Texas Roofing Solutions. They very promptly responded to our request for an estimate and were courteous and forthcoming about their offer. They worked with our schedule and budget to get everything to fit our requirements while fixing some oversights made by the original builder at no additional charge. The team that performed the work was very prompt and professional, providing updates frequently and explaining what exactly what was done and offering future maintenance advice. They also handled all dealings with the insurance company to make" everything fit." We highly recommend this company.

We had had hail damage several months to a year before, but just didn't know it. We found out about it when there was a storm in late August, with rain throughout the night. When I awoke the next morning I found water all over the floor, and ceiling damage above it. The insurance adjuster said we needed a new roof and repairs to several out buildings. Mike came out from Texas Roofing Solutions and worked out a way for us to get everything we needed done without any out-of-pocket cost to me. I even got a Kindle Fire as a part of a promotion they were running at the moment. They got our roof put up in one day, while I was at work. There were one or two minor issues (a tarp that got damaged - but they replaced it, and some issues with disposal of limbs that had to be cut off our tree), but nothing that was a real problem. We were very happy with the final result and they explained each step, and worked with us to make sure that we were pleased.

I got nothing but excellent service from them and I got them through Angie's List. They were excellent from the first phone call when I talked to Matt who's the salesperson that came out and gave the estimate and explained everything including the cost. They showed up on time and they worked. It was an excellent experience all the way around and I would use them again and I would recommend them to other people. I called them and they called back and everything was just really, really, good with them. They even accommodated the fact that I wanted it done on a Saturday. They also had a coupon that we used off of Angie's List and they honored that. I had gotten three other bids from places that weren't on Angie's List prior and they couldn't do something in the work and wanted me to do it separately which I didn't want to do or they would come close to the price of the insurance, but they wouldn't do something and they wouldn't do something else that they charged astronomical for. The insurance company was giving me maybe $10 for a removal and they were charging me $125, so I kept looking. The roof got damaged in April and I tried a couple of places and got so frustrated that I stopped for a while and then came back to it and just decided to join Angie's List and came across a code that gave me a discount for joining. I spent probably a week going through it and deciding who I wanted to call. I did like them and we haven't had any problems. The work was actually done before he said it would be finished. I was very, very, happy.

I interviewed several roofers and talked with neighbors about their experiences. I called Texas Roofing Solutions based on the excellent reviews on Angie's List. My rep was Terry Jackson. I was apprehensive about the project, I am a single woman and generally I don't like dealing with contractors. Terry was so professional and knowledgable, he immediately put me at ease. Other roofers told me my damage was "marginal" and the insurance company might deny the claim. Terry met with the adjuster to examine my roof and they approved the replacement. I knew he would represent me well considering his expertise. The company did all the work required for the amount the insurance company paid. My only out of pocket cost was my deductible. The crew arrived on time and finished the job in one day.All of the trees touching the roof were trimmed back. They were very thorough in removing all of the old roofing material, debris and nails. The roof looks great, all the turbines and vent caps are the same color as the shingles - the quality looks exceptional. I have no doubt they will respond promptly if I have any problems and I will certainly call them if I need any minor repairs.

I found Texas roofing solutions on Angie's list and had them come out for an estimate. Matt worked with me and promised that they could get the roof done under my home owners policy. So far they have, but here we are in November and everything still isn't settled with the insurance company. Don't know if this is my Insurance company or Roofing solutions - (revision: turns out it was both, TRS wanted an additional 10% mark up for their roof work as the General Contractor and my insurance company said that since they were the roofing co their profit was already in the original claim so the delay was on the additional 10% profit). I'm sure when they read this review they'll know who it is so I'm not really anonymous after all. The only areas that I wasn't 100% happy was with the nails left in my driveway, I've had 2 flats repaired (under tire warranty), and the lunch trash the crew left around my house in the brush piles this is reflected in the professionalism rating of 'B'. If you stay on the foreman, he'll make sure it gets cleaned up, I didn't notice the nails until after I moved all the brush piles to the curb for pick up. I collected 32 roofing nails and a couple of framing nails in my clean up and still missed a few as is evident by the flat tires. I was happy enough with them that I referred Matt to my parents home and Texas roofing solutions did their roof too.

Found Texas Roofing Solutions on here after a hail storm that totaled our roof. Spoke with a Matt initially to set up appt - he was very polite, informative and upfront about the quality of service their company provides - overall felt very confident from the first interaction. Mike, the Sales & Service rep came out to the house and basically laid everything out in a way that made it very easy to commit to this company. Time was spent for questions, he had adequate samples on the spot to see so we could decide that day on colors. We actually ended up cancelling the other appt we had later in the afternoon with another roofer because of the confidence we felt after meeting with Mike. The first day our roof was completed, the crew showed up on time & the clean up was excellent. We did notice after they had left that we had some damage to our flagstone entryway - one of the machines must have drug a little bit and left some scratches by our front gate which was a little disappointing. The second day the gutters were replaced quickly & efficiently - I do wish the gutter workers placed a tarp down in the back prior to knocking the old ones off - we were left with a little bit of a mess on our pool decking. In addition, we hired Texas Roofing Solutions to fix our back fence. For a very reasonable out-of-pocket cost, Kevin (the project manager assigned for the roofing job) went to work on our leaning/about to fall fence. Two posts were replaced & re-cemented - the fence looked brand new by the time he was done! Overall very pleased with this experience & would definitely recommend to others!

Terrific experience. Matt came out the day after I called and he was able to repair the roof leak same day. We decided at that time that he would come out and replace the roof in 2 weeks. The roof was striped and replaced in less than half a day. One-half of the job was paid in advance, the 2nd half was not required until a couple of weeks later, after we were satisified that the job had been done well. We are very satisfied with the work. I recommend them highly and would use them again. The $5,000.00 price includes the $200.00 repair.

I contacted three highly rated Angie's List roofers to get estimates for having my roof repaired after hail damage. Texas Roofing Solutions was wonderful, the other two, not so much. Their sales manager, Terry Jackson, did a great job of explaining the process of getting my home re-roofed. He dealt with the physical process, the insurance details, the timing of the work, and the city code. It turned out that my city required thicker decking than was on my house. Terry worked with the insurance company to make certain that this would be covered. He also explained several venting options which I wanted to explore. The workers arrived on the day planned and finished the work that same day. They were pleasant and worked hard throughout the day to finish ontime. The roof looks wonderful, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up any debris. Texas Roofing Solutions did a great job from the estimating process through the final clean up after the work was done. I highly recommend Texas Roofing Solutions.

After the recent hailstorm, the shingles and covered patio had to be replaced. I searched Angie's List and found Texas Roofing Solutions. Matthew Smith came out to the house to give me an estimate on a new roof, covered patio, & replacing low-profile vents with turbine vents. I have personally been through 6 reroofings. Just a month ago I helped a friend reroof his house using a different company (not found on Angie's List), and the differences between the two companies are night and day. Texas Roofing Solutions is the best roofing company in all the companies that I have dealt with. Matthew Smith is the most professional person I have dealt with in getting roofing estimates, and is great to work with to come up with a solution that covers all the requirements. On the day of roofing, the workers showed up right on time as scheduled. One of the best part of Texas Roofing Solutions is that they use a supervisor who is on site to oversee the job and to make sure all homeowner questions are answered. He made sure the workers were doing the job properly and had all the supplies needed to complete the job. At the end of the day he stayed on after the rest of the workers had left to make sure the area was completely cleaned up. Another plus for Texas Roofing Solutions is they don't cut corners like other companies. For example, they use metal in the valleys (others use cheaper and often less effective methods) and metal plumbing vents (others use plastic/PVC). The roofing job was completed in one day. The gutter work had to be completed a couple of days later, and again they showed up as promised without having to make a call to remind them. I would highly recommend Texas Roofing Solutions and will use them in the future if I need roofing work to be done.

We had an issue that we thought was fixed and I had called one company to look for an estimate but they never had anyone call me back. So I called these guys late thursday afternoon and the next morning they sent out their sales manager Terry. Terry did a full review of the issue and was able to show us the issue was actually very minor and more likely due to some trees that just needed to be cut back. I won't go through all of the details but he spent a good amount of time with both my husband and myself checking to make sure we didn't have any issues and then talking through with us to make sure we were comfortable. He was extremely professional!! I'd highly recommend this company to Anyone looking for good roofers!!!

I am very pleased with the work that TX Roofing Solutions did. I had several roofing companies out to give me estimates due to hail damage. I ultimately decided to go with TX Roofing Solutions because they came highly recommended from a friend, had good ratings and reviews here on Angie's List, and they were able to coordinate all the work for me eliminating the need for me to contact several different companies to have the work completed (fence, gutters, siding, roof). Also, I felt like Terry Jackson was very thorough in explaining what work would need to be completed. He stayed on top of the various projects to ensure everything was taken care of. He has come by since the work has been completed to make sure I am satisfied with the way things were done. I would highly recommend TX Roofing Solutions and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

We have never had a roof replaced and were dreading the experience. But, we had a big hailstorm and thought it would be smart to have it looked at. We contacted several roofers and Texas Roofing Solutions responded first and offered to come out the next day to take a look. They did so, and advised that we go ahead with the replacement. From there, we authorized them to work directly with our insurance company, and they took over from there. A couple of weeks later, we have a new roof and gutters, with no stress and no hassle. They were on time, did the job in one day, and cleaned up completely, making sure no nails were left behind for the kids. They communicated with us completely with the process but managed the job, every angle, start to finish. I especially appreciated that they had a professional project manager on site the entire time on the day of the job.
